Leads SIS's programme and business support fundraising and delivery, with over 20 years in programme development and social investment. He previously served as Scotland Manager at Big Issue Invest and COO of Food Cycle.

Leads SIS's impact and communications strategy, supporting investees to measure outcomes. She brings 16 years of experience across the social enterprise and charity sectors in impact management and communications.

Provides investment support to SIS customers, drawing on over ten years at the Royal Bank of Scotland in retail and business banking, plus experience as a business administrator in healthcare.

Joined SIS in May 2025 supporting the finance team with day-to-day financial processes and administrative tasks. She previously worked in luxury retail.
