Bernice Affat is Chief Executive Officer at Social and Sustainable Capital LLP (SASC), where she has also served as Chief Investment Officer and Deputy CEO, leading investment and portfolio management activities focused on social housing loans. She has over two decades of experience in financial roles, including senior positions at Lloyds Bank, with expertise in leveraged finance, debt restructuring, corporate finance, and M&A. Her background is grounded in accountancy and finance.

Su Yen Tan is Associate Director and Portfolio Manager at Social and Sustainable Capital, focusing on social investment and housing. Her earlier career includes work on a securitisation desk in investment banking, covering financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment, followed by roles in the charity sector spanning communications, finance, youth engagement, and business start-up. She has also worked in international development, collaborating with local stakeholders and nonprofit organizations across various regions.

Scott Greenhalgh is Chairperson of Social and Sustainable Capital LLP, a social investment fund manager focused on supported housing, and Chair of Certitude, a London charity supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs across 17 boroughs. He previously served as Executive Chairman of Bridges Evergreen, a long-term impact investment vehicle, from its inception until spring 2021. His earlier career was in private equity, and he has held roles including chair of the Royal Foundation's Expert Steering Group on the early years and member of the England Committee of the National Lottery Community Fund.
