Investment thesis
Sabvest Capital is an investment holding company focused primarily on industrial and service businesses, usually unlisted and co-invested alongside family, management or financial partners under its Partnership Principle. It also holds listed equity, debt and cash portfolios when surplus liquidity is available, all on a fair-value basis, and may make finance advances and pursue other fee- and profit-earning activities. The group maintains both local South African and offshore portfolios and targets long-term compound growth, having historically achieved roughly 15% p.a. growth in net asset value per share and 10% p.a. growth in dividends per share over three-year rolling periods.
