Charles Finlay is the Founding Executive Director of the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst at Toronto Metropolitan University, a post-secondary hub for technology security innovation and collaboration that he co-founded in 2018. Harman Grewal works in Innovation Programs at Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, Toronto Metropolitan University, where he supports a provincially funded $10M program helping cybersecurity startups enter markets across sectors including automotive, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, smart infrastructure, law enforcement, and mining. A graduate of Western University, he previously co-founded a co-working space and startup incubator in Brampton, held director roles at ventureLAB, and contributed to strategic partnerships at the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network within the Ontario Centre of Innovation. He has also served on the boards of the Brampton Arts Organization and SOCH.

Imane Khozam is Manager of Enrolment, Retention, and Strategic Initiatives at Toronto Metropolitan University. She has more than ten years of experience in project management, leading strategic initiatives across higher education, public sector, and technology environments. Her work spans workforce development, student experience and success, adult learning, market access, innovation, and cybersecurity, and includes engagement with stakeholders such as university leaders, student leaders, funders, and government bodies.

Jennifer Dublin-Green is a Recruitment & Admissions Specialist for the Cybersecurity Training and Certification Programs at Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, Toronto Metropolitan University. She has more than six years of experience in student recruitment and engagement, including positioning pathway programs, higher education programs, and certification programs within domestic and international markets. Her work has included leading teams to meet student enrolment targets and support student satisfaction and retention.

Judith Borts is Senior Director, Planning & Implementation at Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, part of Toronto Metropolitan University. She has more than a decade of experience as a senior executive in the public sector, with a focus on the intersection of cybersecurity and public policy.

Katrina Lawrence is an applied mathematician who serves as AI Practice Lead and Senior Trainer at the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she designs and delivers AI consulting and training programs. She is also Machine Learning Math Lead at Cohere Labs, teaching the mathematics behind machine learning algorithms, conducting research, and leading technical discussions. She develops math and AI curricula for audiences ranging from children and teens to university and corporate learners, and runs a YouTube channel, Math Unlocked with Katrina.

Mallory Warren is the Events & Engagement Lead at the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, part of Toronto Metropolitan University. Her work spans marketing, event planning, project management, communications, and graphic design.

Milena Ferrari is the HR Operations Lead at Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, part of Toronto Metropolitan University. Her experience spans HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR administration, with a focus on process improvement and coordination.

Natalie Mendes is a Public Sector Programs Manager at the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, part of Toronto Metropolitan University. Her work focuses on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and technology.

Omar Adaoui is Manager of Program Recruitment at Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, part of Toronto Metropolitan University, where he connects startups, small businesses, and enterprises with the organization's cybersecurity training and accelerator programs. His background includes work in customer success, B2B SaaS, business development, client growth, account expansion, and process automation.

Randy Purse is a Senior Advisor for Cybersecurity Training and Education at Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, Toronto Metropolitan University, where he also serves as Senior Trainer and Practice Lead in Cybersecurity. His work focuses on workplace learning, cybersecurity training and education, learning needs analysis and evaluation, and curriculum and instruction. He also researches, writes, teaches, and consults on the challenges facing individuals and businesses undergoing technological disruption.

Rea Pizzuto is Project Lead, Innovation Programs at Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst, Toronto Metropolitan University, where she manages programming initiatives and works with industry partners to deliver education, training, and support for Canadian cybersecurity professionals and startups. She has over 10 years of experience in program and project management, stakeholder relations, recruitment, and the non-profit and education sectors. Pizzuto holds a Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Communications Management, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Project Management, and a Master of Education in Administration & Leadership.

Topaz Glazer has spent the past decade building and leading six- and seven-figure initiatives that bring together government, industry, donors, and nonprofits. Glazer's work focuses on developing and executing strategic visions, and includes advising founders and executives on strategies, programs, partnerships, and teams intended to drive revenue and growth.
