Maggie Fanari is Chief Executive Officer of J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited. She previously served as Senior Managing Director and Global Group Head of High Conviction Equities at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, where she sat on investment committees and worked on public and private investments, including its venture and growth business. Earlier in her career she worked at KPMG and Scotia Capital; she is a chartered accountant, a CFA charter holder, and holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Alex co-founded TLDR, a global blockchain investment and advisory group, and is a MetaCartel Ventures DAO member. A former founder in hospitality and sports nutrition, he previously worked at Goldman Sachs and CLSA and studied at Yale. He has been in crypto since 2015.

Alex Chalikiopoulos serves as Head of Absolute Return & Credit at the firm. Before joining J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited, he worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Kedge Capital and held operational due diligence roles at Permal Investment Management and Ignis Asset Management. He earned a BSc (Hons) in Business Economics with Finance from the University of Surrey and an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London.

Alex Davies is an Investment Funds Analyst at J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited. Before this role, Alex worked at KPMG in London as a Graduate Associate. Alex holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from the University of Liverpool and is a CFA Charterholder.

Cyril Martinez is Chief Strategy & Operating Officer at J. Rothschild Capital Management. He previously spent 10 years at Hayfin, starting in Corporate Development and becoming Chief Operating Officer of Private Credit/Private Equity in 2020, and earlier held roles in FIG investment banking and Corporate Strategy and Development at Citigroup, following the start of his career at PwC and Societe Generale in Paris. He holds an MBA in Finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Eleanor Wells serves as Senior Legal Counsel and Head of ESG. Before joining J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited, she trained and qualified at A&O Shearman, where she worked as an Associate in the Funds and Asset Management group. She holds an MA in French and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Edinburgh.

Espen Ericsson is an Investment Executive on the Private Investments team at J. Rothschild Capital Management. He previously worked as a Vice President at Hamilton Lane on private equity investments and portfolio management with a focus on co-investments, and began his career as an Analyst in Lazard's financial advisory business. He holds a BSc in Mathematics with Management & Finance from King's College London and a master's degree in Applicable Mathematics from the London School of Economics.

Fahad Siddiqi rejoined JRCM as Head of Direct Equities in October 2025, having previously held the same role at the firm from 2009 to 2019. Before returning, he was Co-Portfolio Manager at Marathon Asset Management, and earlier held roles in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse First Boston, as well as portfolio management positions at Second Arrow Investment Management and MFS Investment Management. He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Finance from the London Business School.

Frank Ducomble serves as Head of Markets at J. Rothschild Capital Management. He previously worked at Morgan Stanley, which he joined in 2006, where he was Head of US & Global Equity Sales in London, and started his career at Banque Degroof S.A. in Luxembourg. He holds a Master's in Management from ICHEC Belgium and is a CFA Charterholder.

Garret Sheridan is Head of Investment Structuring, having joined J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited in 2012. He previously worked as a Senior Analyst for MAN Investments and GLG Partners in New York and London, and as a Management Accountant at NewFinance Capital (Schroders) in London. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and a Trustee of HHT Ireland.

Dame Hannah Rothschild CBE was appointed to RIT's Board in 2013 and represents the family's interests as a director.

Hitesh Haria is Head of Equity Funds at J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited. Before joining the firm, he worked as an Investment Officer and Investment Analyst at The Atlantic Philanthropies and as a Money Markets Executive at Barclays Capital. He holds a BSc in Business Mathematics & Statistics from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Finance from London Business School, and is a CFA charterholder.

Holly Bradley serves as Director of Performance & Risk. Before joining J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited, she spent ten years at Ruffer LLP, where her most recent role was Head of Investment Risk, and she previously worked at RBS in London and PwC in New York. Originally from the US, she holds a Master's in Accounting & Financial Management and is CPA qualified.

Sir James Leigh-Pemberton took over as Chairman of RIT in 2019 following Lord Jacob Rothschild's retirement.

James Marshall works as a Trader at J. Rothschild Capital Management. Before joining the firm, he spent four years at Gradient Capital and six years at Adelphi Capital, both European-focused long/short funds, and five years at GSAM running the centralised European trading desk. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Coventry University.

James Ross is a Senior Investment Executive at J. Rothschild Capital Management. Before joining the firm, he worked as an Associate in the UK M&A and Corporate Broking team at Deutsche Bank, including a six-month secondment to UK Government Investments' Corporate Finance Team. He holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Oxford University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Kate Benson is an Investment Executive focused on public equities. Before joining J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited, she worked as an Associate in the European Leveraged Finance team at BlackRock. She holds a BA in Economics from Durham University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Katherine Parker serves as Head of Human Resources. Before joining J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited, she held HR roles at financial services organisations including Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and BDO LLP. She is a qualified Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Micky Breuer-Weil rejoined RIT Capital Partners in May 2025 as Managing Director of Investment Policy and sits on the Investment Committee, concentrating on asset allocation and manager selection. He previously served as Investment Director at RIT from 2007 and as Principal Investment Adviser to Lord (Jacob) Rothschild's foundations, and co-founded the investment manager Marylebone Partners LLP. He has also chaired investment committees at Windmill Hill Asset Management and the Wolfson Foundation.

Paul Hansen is Finance Director at J. Rothschild Capital Management. He previously served as Group CFO of a large European family office and held front office roles as an equity analyst and portfolio manager at Odyssey Capital Managers, where he later became Group CFO, having started his finance career in audit at Ernst & Young. He is a Chartered Accountant and CFA charterholder, and relocated from South Africa to London in late 2021.

Richard Lam serves as Global Head of Private Funds at RIT Capital Partners, with a background across venture capital, growth, and private equity. He previously held senior roles at Initialized Capital, Race Capital, and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, and earlier worked at BCG in management consulting, TorQuest Partners in direct private equity, and began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch.

Richard Lewis serves as Head of Compliance. Before joining J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited, he held senior compliance positions at private equity firms and investment managers in the UK, Europe, and the US. He holds a BA (Hons) from Liverpool John Moores University and is a Chartered Secretary (ICSA).

Shahid Ikram serves as Head of Macro Strategy. Before joining J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited, he was Chief Investment Officer at Aviva Investors, where he had earlier led the Sovereign Debt and Absolute Return Division. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Greenwich.

Simon Amslinger is an Investment Executive in the Public Equities team at J. Rothschild Capital Management. Before joining the firm, he spent nearly six years in equity research at Capital Group. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and a Master's from London Business School, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Simon Pitcher serves as Global Head of Direct Private Investments at J. Rothschild Capital Management. He previously held roles as a Director at Standard Bank Private Equity, a Director at Blackwood Capital Partners in Sydney, and an Investment Director at Hermes Private Equity. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Manchester.

Thomas Fitchett is Head of Tax & Structuring. Before joining J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited, he worked in the investment management tax team at PwC, where he became a Chartered Tax Adviser. He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.

Tom Hill serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary. He previously worked at the law firm Slaughter and May, qualifying as a solicitor in 2009. He holds a BA in Politics from the University of Durham.

Zinka MacHale is Head of Communications & Investor Relations for J. Rothschild Capital Management Limited, where she leads the firm's communications strategy and manages financial and corporate communications and media relations alongside the leadership and investor relations teams. She has over 15 years of experience advising leadership and corporate affairs teams of global organisations on strategic communications and reputation management, having previously worked at several international strategic communications consultancies serving listed and private companies across various sectors.

Deanna Ong is Chief People Officer at GIC, a role she took up in April 2017, where she oversees human resource strategy and group finance, focusing on leadership development, reward and engagement, and organisational culture. She joined GIC in 1994 and previously served as Director, Finance from 2009 to 2014, heading financial management across the GIC Portfolio; before GIC she worked as a tax accountant at Arthur Andersen. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Lim Chow Kiat is the Chief Executive Officer of GIC, appointed in January 2017, and chairs the Group Executive Committee overseeing investment, risk, and business decisions. He joined GIC as a portfolio manager in 1993 and previously served as Group Chief Investment Officer, Deputy Group President, President of GIC Asset Management, and President of the firm's Europe operations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University.
