Ridgewood Infrastructure

Matthew Swanson founded Ridgewood Infrastructure and serves as Executive Chairman and Senior Managing Director of Ridgewood Energy. He first joined the Ridgewood Companies in 2002 and returned full time in 2007, bringing over a decade of investment and leadership experience. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an A.B. in economics from Harvard University, and an LL.M. in commercial law from the University of Cambridge, and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Ross Posner is Managing Partner of Ridgewood Infrastructure with over 25 years of experience in infrastructure, private equity, and real asset investing. He previously served as a senior executive at Allstate Investments, where as Global Group Head he built its Infrastructure and Real Assets business and oversaw more than $10 billion of capital across direct investing and credit portfolios. Earlier in his career he worked at JPMorgan in New York and London and in mid-market private equity.

D.J. Boyd is a Managing Director at Ridgewood Infrastructure with over five years of infrastructure and private equity investing experience. He previously worked as an Associate at The Blackstone Group and an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a finance degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Sam Lissner is a Partner and Investment Committee member at Ridgewood Infrastructure, and also serves as a Partner and Investment Committee member at Ridgewood Energy. Since joining Ridgewood in 2013, he has helped scale assets under management and deploy over $8bn of capital, focusing on investment strategy, investor engagement, and strategic initiatives. He previously invested in and built energy and infrastructure businesses in the U.S. and the Middle East, and holds an A.B. from Harvard University, an M.S. from New York University, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Andrew Potter is an Associate at Ridgewood Infrastructure. Before joining the firm, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo covering power, utilities, and renewables. He holds a degree from Middlebury College.

Carolyn Kissane works on the energy transition, sustainability innovation and policy, and cybersecurity. She is Academic Director of New York University's Center for Global Affairs and Director of NYU's SPS Energy, Climate Justice and Sustainability Lab, and hosts a discussion program called Fueling our Future. She is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a member of the National Committee on US-China Relations, and holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University.

Dennis Wallrath is an executive with over 40 years of experience in energy efficiency, building solutions, and energy services. He most recently served as Vice President and General Manager for Honeywell Building Solutions, and previously held several executive roles at Honeywell, including VP of Global Accounts Sales and VP of Global Accounts Commercial Buildings. Earlier in his career he led large-scale installations, strategic planning, and operational transformations at Honeywell in the U.S.

Domenic Salvemini is the Chief Information Officer at Ridgewood Infrastructure, where he oversees technology strategy, information systems, software development, and cybersecurity standards and policies. Before joining Ridgewood, he handled IT systems and infrastructure at EIZO Corporation.

Heather Corey manages Ridgewood's Treasury and Accounts Payable Departments, joining the firm in 2005. She previously held treasury roles at State Street Bank and Trust Company, Bestfoods, and Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings. She holds a B.A. from Lincoln University and belongs to the Association for Financial Professionals.

James Devlin has experience in the environmental services sector. He previously served as CEO of Valicor Environmental Services, a U.S. company focused on the collection, transportation, and treatment of non-hazardous industrial wastewater, and earlier led ReCommunity Recycling, a processor of municipally generated curbside recyclables. Before that, he was CEO of Thermo Fluids Inc., a collector and processor of used motor oil.

Jeff Kightlinger previously served as the longest-tenured Chief Executive Officer of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the largest municipal water provider in the United States, where he oversaw the district's water and power operations, including major water treatment plants, aqueducts, reservoirs, and hydroelectric and solar power facilities. He has expertise in U.S. water law, including the law of the Colorado River.

Joe Gibney is an executive with experience across the transportation sector, including corporate aviation, fixed base operations, airline ground handling, and airport development. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of TAC Air, a general aviation company acquired by Signature Aviation in 2022, and previously handled workforce planning for Aircraft Service International Group, later acquired by Menzies Aviation in 2016. He holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee.

Karthik Srinivasan is a Senior Associate at Ridgewood Infrastructure. Before joining the firm, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), where he advised on energy, infrastructure, and transition M&A. He holds a degree from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Mark Janay is an infrastructure operations executive with more than 25 years of experience across EPC and utility companies, holding leadership roles in strategic planning, engineering, construction, and operations of critical infrastructure. Before Ridgewood, he was a Vice President at Tetra Tech leading growth initiatives in its US Infrastructure group, and earlier held executive roles at H2O America (a publicly traded water utility) and served as Vice President and Area Manager at CH2M HILL. He holds an M.S. in Environmental Engineering and a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and California.

Mason Sapp is an Associate at Ridgewood Infrastructure. Before joining the firm, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Marathon Capital. He holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

Michael Earnest founded Summit Utilities, a national natural gas distribution company, where he served as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board before retiring, growing it to serve more than 120,000 families and businesses. Prior to Summit, he was vice-president of The Meter and Valve Company, a manufacturer representative and distributor of natural gas industry equipment. He also served on the Board of Directors of SouthWest Water Company.

Oliver Noble is a Vice President at Ridgewood Infrastructure with over five years of experience in infrastructure and private equity investing. He previously worked as a VP at Axium Infrastructure and as an Associate at ConnectGen, a renewable energy development company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Shivani Shikha is a Senior Associate at Ridgewood Infrastructure. She previously worked as an Associate at Basalt Infrastructure Partners and as a Senior Analyst at Siemens AG. She holds an undergraduate degree from New York University's Stern School of Business and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Susan McDonough has over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and client service. At Ridgewood she works within the investor relations team and assists the legal department with corporate governance and compliance. She previously served as Branch Manager at Peapack Gladstone Bank, overseeing front-office operations and the bank's accounting functions.

Jennifer Scott, CFO, has over 25 years of corporate finance and accounting experience, having served as Controller at Ridgewood Energy for more than a decade and previously worked as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in accounting roles at Sony Corporation of America and Sony Pictures Entertainment. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.

Maria Haggerty is Chief Compliance Officer and a Vice President at Ridgewood Infrastructure, working on operations, compliance, due diligence, investment structuring and execution, and asset management. She joined the Ridgewood Companies in 2005, having previously served as Counsel in the New York office of Bryan Cave LLP and as an associate at Kirsch, Gartenberg & Howard, with experience in private placements, debt structuring, and derivative transactions. She holds a J.D. from Pace University School of Law and a B.A. from Marist College, and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
