Sherri Croasdale is a Senior Advisory Partner at Resource Capital Funds and a retired Partner and CFO with more than 30 years in the private equity industry. In her prior role, she oversaw the finance and accounting operations of RCF Management LLC and its private equity funds, covering fund launches, investor due diligence and onboarding, financial reporting, and compliance with limited partnership agreements. She also serves as President and Chairperson of the Resource Capital Funds Foundation, which supports sustainable development in local and mining communities.

Brett Beatty joined Resource Capital Funds in 2009 after working as a mining engineer for companies including Mincor Resources and Barminco, with experience in production, planning, mine design, geotechnical work, and mine site management across underground operations in Australia. He leads an RCF investment team and oversees administration for the firm's Australian offices, and chairs the RCF Partners Committee governing the firm's global investment operations. He holds engineering and finance degrees from Curtin University and is a Certified First Class Mine Manager.

Lyle Bruce is a Partner in the Innovation Fund at Resource Capital Funds. His experience spans the mining, mineral processing, metallurgical, logistics, manufacturing, mining services, and equipment supply sectors, with a focus on technology commercialization. He has held director and CEO roles, working in strategy development, governance, and team leadership.

Mason Hills is General Counsel at Resource Capital Funds (RCF), where he manages an international legal and compliance team and assists with fundraising activities. Originally from Perth, Western Australia, he began his career in corporate, securities, and project finance law at an Australian commercial law firm, spent a year as an associate to a judge at the Federal Court of Australia, and co-founded a law practice focused on project finance in mining and resources in 1999. He joined RCF in 2006 and became a partner in 2009, leading and managing mining investments and serving on the boards of portfolio companies in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom before returning to legal practice.

Head of Partnerships at Otro overseeing investor relations, marketing and communications; previously Chief of Staff at Ariel Alternatives and began her career leading partnerships at the NBA G League.

Dani Jeyes co-founded Resource Capital Funds Management LLC (RCF), a mining-focused private equity firm established in 1998, and serves as Managing Partner overseeing its strategic direction and growth. Jeyes has served on the boards of twelve public and numerous private RCF portfolio companies, and currently sits on the boards of Ausenco Pty Ltd. and Global Advanced Materials Pty Ltd., as well as Mineral Resources Ltd, where the role of Non-Executive Chairman has been held since 2022. Jeyes holds an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Western Australia and previously worked at BHP Group Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank, and N.M. Rothschild & Sons.

Jonathan Rafalski is an Application Owner at Resource Capital Funds, where he specializes in the eFrontInvest software suite. He has built applications using the .NET framework, MVC, and SQL, and managed a North American support desk spanning four offices, seven employees, and more than 80 clients. His work has included designing a 24/7 support module to extend service-level agreements using existing global resources, and reporting on team performance, escalations, and progress to the CTO, CCO, and CEO.

Kaitlin Tortorici is an Application Owner at Resource Capital Funds, where she specializes in the eFrontInvest software suite. She has developed applications using the .NET suite, MVC, and SQL, and managed a North American support desk spanning four offices, seven employees, and more than 80 clients. Her work has included implementing a 24/7 support module that extended service-level agreements using existing global resources, as well as regular reporting to the CTO, CCO, and CEO on team performance, escalations, and progress.

Nathan McNee is Senior Director of Processing & Metallurgy at Resource Capital Funds. He works as a minerals processing engineer and study manager with experience across commodities including uranium, gold, silver, copper, nickel, lead, cobalt, zinc, lithium, and tantalum, having served as study manager on a West African gold project, a polymetallic project, and a uranium project. His work covers process design, Metsim modelling, commissioning, due diligence, and project evaluation across scoping, pre-feasibility, and feasibility studies.

Over more than 30 years in private equity, she oversaw the finance and accounting operations of RCF Management LLC and its private equity funds, covering areas such as fund launches, investor due diligence and onboarding, financial reporting, and compliance with limited partnership agreements. She also serves as President and Chairperson of the Resource Capital Funds Foundation, which supports social change and sustainable development in local and mining communities.

Simon Ford is Senior Director of Processing & Metallurgy at Resource Capital Funds. As a minerals processing engineer and study manager, he has worked across commodities including uranium, gold, silver, copper, nickel, lead, cobalt, zinc, lithium, and tantalum, with experience spanning process design, engineering management, Metsim modelling, commissioning, and scoping, pre-feasibility, and feasibility studies. His background includes study management roles on a West African gold project, a polymetallic project, and a uranium project, as well as due diligence and project evaluation across multiple jurisdictions.
