Alexander Semenov is President at KORUS Consulting, an information technology and services firm. He holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and has experience in management, SaaS, pre-sales, strategic leadership, and business intelligence.

António N. Fernandes is a risk management and insurance consultant at Highdome PCC Limited with over twenty years of experience in project coordination and risk engineering, particularly for highly protected risks in manufacturing, utilities, and commercial real estate. He holds a FERMA-certified risk management professional credential and a degree in electrical engineering with safety specialization, along with an MBA from Porto Business School. Fernandes also serves as an angel investor and senior fellow focused on technology transfer and commercialization in high-growth ventures.

Bjarne Mindested is Managing Director and Owner of Synergy Holdings GmbH, where he provides strategic and investment advisory services. He also operates as a Business Angel and shareholder with REDangels, supporting innovative startups.

Cintia Mano is Chief Investment Officer at European Longevity Hub, where she develops investment strategy focused on longevity innovation. With over 25 years of experience, she has held leadership roles at organizations including Booz Allen Hamilton and Vale, co-founded ventures, and served as former CEO of COREangels International, where she led a community of 300+ angel investors supporting over 120 startups. She is the author of Angel Investing Explained and serves as a speaker and board member.

Daniel Amaral is a partner at Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP, which he helped establish in 2009. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Brisa, having co-led the firm's acquisition and subsequent delisting while maintaining involvement in operational management. Prior to Arcus, Amaral held senior roles in project finance and investment banking across European infrastructure and Portuguese financial institutions, and holds a management degree from Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.

Guillermo Soto is a business angel and entrepreneur with experience across sales, commercial direction, and general management across Spain, Portugal, the UK, and Italy. He co-founded and leads Nomadia One and serves as co-founder and managing director of COREangels Madrid and Pinama Capital23, investment vehicles with combined assets of €5.8 million and 117 business angels. Soto also co-founded BAnCLUBS and Talianz, invests in COREangels Internacional and PYNNAI, and previously held executive roles including CEO and board chair at Thomson Reuters Italia and managing director Europe South at IHS Markit.

Helder Guimarães is Chief Financial Officer at Dudek, leading a finance team of over 40 professionals. With more than 20 years of international experience across publicly traded, private equity-owned, and employee-owned companies in professional services, construction, manufacturing, and technology, he has developed expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategic capital allocation, M&A transactions, and ERP implementations. Based on work across Portugal, Germany, the United States, and Canada, Guimarães is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Hugo Mendes is an international finance executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in multinational industrial, retail, manufacturing, and technology sectors across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He has held senior positions including Group CFO and has led cross-border operations and multicultural teams throughout Asia, while working with C-suite executives, boards, and institutional investors. His current focus includes strategic advisory, entrepreneurship, digital assets, and institutional financial infrastructure strategy.

Jorge Letra serves as a board advisor at FCJ São Paulo and provides counsel to over 80 innovative startups. His work focuses on business development and supporting entrepreneurial teams.

José Galamba has served as Chairman of the Portuguese Association of Insurers (APS) since September 2016, overseeing strategy execution and external representation for the organization. He previously held the position of CEO of Accenture in Portugal, where he spent over 30 years in management consulting and technology, primarily serving financial services institutions on business strategy, operational models, and transformation initiatives. Galamba currently serves on the board of directors of BIG-Banco de Investimento Global and the remuneration committee of REN, and holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Manchester along with postgraduate qualifications from INSEAD and the Catholic University of Portugal.

Karim Dhanani is a company owner at Quantum Parks in Lisbon and partner at FDK Business Partners LLP. He brings fifteen years of private equity and direct investment experience across firms including Artal Granasia, DB Capital Partners, Platina Finance, and Octavian Partners, with particular focus on buy-out, turnaround, and special situations deals. His background includes five years in investment banking at JP Morgan, with deal experience spanning origination through exit across emerging markets.

Marco Soares is Managing Partner at Savvy Capital Partners and an angel investor with RedAngels and DigCap Ventures. He co-founded Inovretail in 2010, which specialized in IT solutions for retail and was acquired by Sonae IM in 2016. With over 22 years of experience in retail operations across Europe and South America, Soares has held delivery and management positions at companies including Sonae Distribuição, Debenhams, Tesco Central Europe, and Wipro Retail, with expertise in ERP and data warehouse implementations.

Mark Zavadskiy is Managing Director at 42 Gaming Group and brings over 20 years of experience across i-gaming, e-commerce, finance, and animation sectors. He has held leadership roles including CEO of a European animation company and established and expanded the Russian operations of a major international e-commerce firm. Zavadskiy speaks Russian, English, Mandarin Chinese, French, and Portuguese, and holds work authorization in Portugal, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

Maurizio Calcopietro is Managing Partner at COREangels Atlantic and COREangels SportTech. He previously held technology leadership roles including CIO at Ferrero and served as a CIO-on-demand across various organizations. He currently focuses on early-stage venture investing, managing COREangels Atlantic's network of 40+ investors supporting startups across the Brazil–Iberia axis, and leading COREangels SportTech's investments in European sports technology companies.

Paulo Almeida serves as an advisor to the board of administration at Primus Vitória - Azulejos, S.A. His career includes roles in audit, financial management at Revigres, administration at Irbal, S.A., and board advisory positions spanning from 1995 to the present.

Paulo Bandeira is a corporate lawyer and director at Investors Portugal specializing in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and securities law. He advises fintech and biotech startups on funding structures, including seed rounds and convertible notes, and founded Startup Lab by SRS, an acceleration program for Portuguese startups. Bandeira is also founder of the Portuguese Corporate Governance Institute and an active member of its code drafting commission, with frequent speaking engagements on corporate governance and board structure.

Paulo Pinto is Community Engagement Manager for Portugal at Lightsource bp, where he oversees stakeholder and community relations. With 27 years of experience in business and partnership development, he focuses on sustainability and social impact initiatives. Pinto is an investor in startups and social causes.

Paulo Serra is the West Regional Director at Saica Group, where he has held full P&L accountability for the Recycling Iberian West Region Business Unit since 2020, covering Portugal, Galicia, and Asturias. With over 30 years of international FMCG experience across European markets, he has led turnaround initiatives, multifunctional teams, and commercial growth in multinational environments, and previously held board positions with direct P&L responsibility across nine countries. Serra is also an active business angel and investor supporting industrial and technology ventures, and has taught in the Marketing track of the BBA program at Instituto de Empresa University.

Pedro Falcão is Managing Partner at LC Ventures and Vice President at INVESTORS PORTUGAL, an association of early-stage investors in Portugal. He serves on the boards of LC Ventures, INVESTORS PORTUGAL, APMENTOR (Portuguese Mentoring Association), and Best Horizon (BAs Investment Vehicles). He holds an MBA in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics.

Renato Portela is a Co-Founder at Impacting Talent with over 20 years of experience in engineering management and software development. He previously led teams of 30 engineers at Multicert in the development and delivery of software platforms across finance, retail, healthcare, government, and technology sectors. His technical expertise includes Java, Python, SQL, web development, microservices, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and security engineering, with particular depth in cryptography and PKI.

Ricardo Carvalho is CEO of Grupo Lisbon Project and a business angel investor who serves as a founding partner in Core Angels International and Red Angels. He began his career in advertising in 1998 and has founded and invested in more than a dozen companies, while managing communication and marketing projects for automotive, luxury, and cultural organizations including Audi, Lamborghini, and the Presidency of the Republic. He holds a degree in Communication, Advertising, and Marketing from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and completed the General Management Course at NOVA School of Business and Economics in 2022.

Thiago Ayres is a civil and geotechnical engineer with a master's degree in Geotechnics from PUC-Rio, currently working as a Geotechnical Engineer at GeoCoba. He specializes in Engineer of Record (EoR) activities for mining dams and tailings storage facilities, including safety inspections, geotechnical investigation design, and stability analysis using numerical modeling and instrumentation data interpretation. His experience encompasses compliance assessments under Brazilian mining regulations, technical site supervision, geotechnical instrumentation monitoring, and structural risk identification.

Vitor Duarte is Director of Investment Management at Sonae Sierra. With over 15 years of experience in the European real estate market, he has managed transactions exceeding €2.5 billion across land development, construction projects, forward funding, and income-generating assets in the office, logistics, hospitality, and retail sectors. He leads investment sourcing and vehicle structuring while advising institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals on acquisitions and dispositions aligned with investment strategy.

Vitor Teixeira is founder and CEO of iClimate Adviser, a weather and climate information platform for businesses. With over 20 years of experience in business growth and startups, he has founded multiple companies across software, broadcast, biotechnology, and weather forecasting sectors, and has licensed technology to companies including Apple, Adobe, and Autodesk. He currently serves as a business angel at Red Angels and maintains involvement with Bioworld, a biotechnology company.

Yoshiyuki Oba is co-founder and Asia-Pacific partner at COREangels Pacific, focusing on fintech and decentralized finance angel investing and Web3 fundraising advisory. With over 30 years of experience in startup and SME finance across 30 countries, including 20 emerging markets, he works on financial technology solutions for small and medium enterprises. Oba has been recognized among global thought leaders in fintech.
