Karl Schade is Managing Partner of Presidio Investors, the private equity firm he founded in 2007, where he focuses on middle market buyouts in the entertainment and business services industries across North America and Europe. He previously served as CEO of The Presidio Group (2013-2016) and CEO of Hattrick Sports Group (2011), and earlier worked at private equity firms including The Blackstone Group, Silver Lake Partners, and Blum Capital Partners. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Claremont McKenna College.

Christian Schütte is European Partner at Presidio. He studied law at the Universities of Passau, Lausanne, and Berlin, then worked in M&A and Corporate Finance at J.P. Morgan starting in 1999, before joining Fortress Investment Group in 2002 where he helped launch its German operations and sourced and managed investments raising over €1.5 billion in equity. He later worked at EQT Group on mid-market growth and succession investments, then became an operator, acquiring and scaling a motorcycle accessories business, co-founding an IoT startup, and currently serving as majority owner and Chairman of the Board of two German industrial companies in industrial services and precision tube manufacturing.

Dirk Swaneveld joined Presidio Investors in 2018 and serves as Managing Director on the investment team. He previously worked at The Edgewater Funds, a Chicago private equity group where he handled market due diligence and financial modeling, and at Cerberus Capital Management's Operations Division, taking interim FP&A and financial roles at portfolio companies. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in transaction services, holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth and a business degree from Bucknell University, and earned his CPA in 2012.

Josef Auboeck is a Partner at Presidio Investors, which he joined in 2013, working on investments and portfolio company support across technology, media, and financial services with a focus on strategy, operations, M&A, and financing. He previously served as interim CFO of portfolio company National Health Finance, where he raised equity and debt financing and developed underwriting, collections, and risk management functions. Earlier, he was an associate at a German lower-middle-market private equity fund and a manager in KPMG's Restructuring group leading turnarounds in the technology and energy sectors. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Victor Masaya is a Partner at Presidio Investors, which he joined in 2009, focusing on middle market buyouts in the entertainment and business services industries across North America and Europe. He previously worked as an investment banker at Presidio Merchant Partners and held corporate strategy, finance, and operating roles at GreenPoint Mortgage, as well as tax and accounting roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, a Master of Business Taxation from USC, and an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Amy Zhang joined Presidio Investors in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the firm's financial operations, and has over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and management across private equity, venture, and hedge funds. She founded Affinity Fund Services LLC, a hedge fund administration firm, and previously worked as an audit manager at EisnerAmper and began her career at PwC. She holds a Master's in Accounting from Boston College and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Sun Yat-Sen University, and is a CPA in California.

Emma Browning is an Analyst on Presidio Investors' investment team, which she joined full-time in 2025 after interning with the firm in 2024. Her responsibilities include sourcing and business development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

Heather Kirkby joined Presidio Investors as an Operating Partner in November 2025, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience across technology and life science companies. She previously served as Chief People Officer at Recursion Pharmaceuticals, an AI-enabled drug discovery company, and held senior product and talent development roles at Intuit, and began her career as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger. She holds a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Queen's University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Javier Saade is Operating Partner at Presidio Investors, Founder & Managing Partner of Impact Master Holdings, and Venture Partner at Fenway Summer. He previously held investing and operating roles at McKinsey & Company, Booz Allen Hamilton, Bridgewater Associates, Abbott Laboratories, and Paradigm Ventures, and co-founded the media company Air America. He was appointed by President Obama in 2013 as Associate Administrator and Chief of Investment & Innovation at the U.S. Small Business Administration, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BS from Purdue University.

Kyle Echerd joined Presidio Investors in 2024 as a Vice President on the investment team. He previously worked at Acacia Partners, a private equity group in Austin, as a Senior Associate, and before that as an Associate at CenterOak Partners, a middle market private equity firm in Dallas. He began his career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mark Goldman is a media and technology executive and entrepreneur who studied at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and began his career in investment banking. He held senior roles at Universal Television and Fox/News Corp, where he served as President of the Sky Latin America digital satellite TV service, and was founding COO of Current Media. He co-founded ZypMedia (acquired by Sinclair Broadcasting Group), Happs, and currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of REACH, a platform matching brands with creators.

Meg Kaufman manages IT infrastructure, CRM systems, vendor relationships, event logistics (including the firm's Annual General Meeting), and onboarding at Presidio Investors, and supports ESG reporting and compliance documentation. Before Presidio, she held operations and marketing roles focused on systems design, branding, and organizational development, including fractional executive work and international team management. She holds a Master of Science in Leadership & Organizational Change and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from St. Edward's University.

Meredith Moss is an Operating Partner at Presidio Investors with a background in fintech and financial services. She was CEO and Co-Founder of Finomial, a SaaS company for digital client onboarding and compliance workflows, which was acquired by SEI, where she then served as Managing Director overseeing a new business line. Earlier she held senior technology and strategy roles at Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brown University.

Michelle Siler is an accounting and finance professional with roughly 15 years of experience spanning accounting, finance, operational governance, and treasury management, including about five years in private equity and venture capital. She most recently served as Assistant Controller at Sapphire Ventures and previously was Controller at RiverRock Funds, a life settlement firm, where she handled multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction consolidation under US GAAP and IFRS. She began her career at a family office and later worked in audit at BKD (now Forvis Mazars), and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is a CPA in Texas.

Scott Bolick is an Operating Partner at Presidio Investors and serves as Executive Chairman of Resolve Tech Solutions and CEO of Fairwater Labs, a platform for bringing dual-use technologies to the US military. He began his career as a US Army Infantry Officer, later working as a consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and McKinsey & Company, and held product strategy and management roles at Enterasys Networks, SAP, and GE Power before becoming COO of Uptake. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Turner Baty joined Presidio Investors in 2021 as a Vice President on the investment team and leads sourcing and business development. He previously worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Jefferies in New York, advising on capital markets and M&A transactions, and began his career as an Analyst on the Trade Operations team at MIO Partners, a McKinsey & Company subsidiary. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Business from the University of California, Davis.

Wynee Yang serves as Operating Partner and Executive Director at Presidio Investors. She has more than 25 years of global experience leading teams within growth-oriented organizations, with a focus on revenue and growth across both early-stage ventures and established companies. Her background includes roles spanning executive leadership, marketing, board service, advising, and company founding.

Yvonne Yang joined Presidio Investors in 2024 as Director of Tax and Compliance, overseeing the firm's tax and regulatory compliance. She has over 20 years of experience in tax compliance, accounting, and financial consulting, previously serving as Director of Finance at Blue Water Life Science Advisors LP and as a Tax Director in the financial services group at EisnerAmper LLP. She holds a Master's in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's in Accounting from San Francisco State University, and is a California-licensed CPA.
