David Ament is a Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Parthenon Capital, where he sits on the Investment Committee and heads the Boston office. He joined the firm as a Principal in 2003 and focuses on healthcare technology and outsourced solutions investments. Before Parthenon, he was a Principal at Audax Group and an investment professional at Apollo Management, and he holds a B.A. from Harvard College.

Andrew Dodson is a Managing Partner of Parthenon Capital, heads its San Francisco office, and sits on the firm's Investment Committee. He joined Parthenon in 2005 and invests in business services, financial services, insurance, software, and technology. Earlier in his career he was a consultant at Bain & Co., a financial analyst at Enron Corporation, and worked in business development at Trilogy, Inc.; he holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Dan Killeen is a Partner in Parthenon Capital's Boston office, which he joined in 2021, where he sources and executes investments in the healthcare industry and works with portfolio companies. He previously was a Principal at Nautic Partners focused on healthcare services investments, held a leadership role at health insurer Anthem, Inc., and worked in investment roles at Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking, TA Associates, and OpenView. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

William Kessinger joined Parthenon Capital in 2001 and serves as Chief Investment Officer on the firm's Investment Committee. Before Parthenon, he was an original partner of GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC and spent seven years with that firm and its predecessor, Golder, Thoma, Cressey, Rauner, Inc., and earlier worked with Parthenon Consulting Group. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Tom Hough joined Parthenon Capital in 2013 and is a Principal in the firm's Boston office, where he sources and executes new transactions and works with portfolio companies. Before Parthenon, he was an Analyst at BlackArch Partners, a middle-market investment bank, executing M&A transactions across various industries. He holds an M.S. and B.S. from Wake Forest University.

Patrick Hunt joined Parthenon Capital in 2025 as a Principal in the Boston office, where he sources and executes healthcare investments and works with portfolio companies in that sector. He previously was a Vice President at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe and worked on the healthcare team at Nautic Partners, as well as at Bourne Capital Partners focusing on life sciences. He holds a B.A. from Davidson College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

RJ Horsley is a Principal at Parthenon Capital, which he joined in 2025, where he sources and executes new investments and works with portfolio companies. He previously spent eight years as President of SpotOn, a point-of-sale and vertical SaaS provider for restaurants and small businesses, and served as CFO of Axsy, a UK-based order-to-cash enterprise SaaS company. He began his career as an investment banker at Financial Technology Partners and holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California.

Adi Garg joined Parthenon Capital in 2022 as Director of Technology Strategy and Implementation, with more than 30 years of experience in technology, strategy, product, and software development. He advises portfolio company CEOs and CTOs on using technology to support growth across areas including innovation, customer experience, engineering, analytics, and cybersecurity. He previously served as CTO of Parthenon portfolio companies Allworth Financial and HD Vest, and held roles at Citibank and FedEx.

Alina Dong joined Parthenon Capital in 2023, where she works on sourcing and executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies. Before Parthenon, she was a summer investment banking analyst at Bank of America focused on consumer and retail deals. She holds a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, with a secondary in Computer Science from Harvard College.

Amanda Beck joined Parthenon in 2013 and serves as Director of Investor Communications. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Benny Klein joined Parthenon Capital as an Analyst in 2025, where he works on sourcing and executing new transactions and supporting current portfolio companies. He previously was a Summer Analyst at Altas Partners on the investment and portfolio solutions teams, and worked with Operational Excellence, UNC's strategic consulting and change management team. He holds a B.A. with distinction in Organizational Behavior with a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.

Daniel Agmoni joined Parthenon Capital as an Analyst in 2025, where he works on sourcing and executing new transactions and supporting current portfolio companies. He previously was an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at William Blair in the Financial Sponsors group. He holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University.

Dominique Chery joined Parthenon in 2023 as an Executive Assistant in the Boston office. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant at Fortress Investment Group for 12 years. She holds a BS in Criminal Justice from St. Francis College and an MA in Psychology from the University of Phoenix.

Emma Hou joined Parthenon Capital as an Associate in 2026, where she works on sourcing and executing new transactions and supporting current portfolio companies. She previously worked as an Analyst at Altamont Capital Partners, focusing on financial services and industrials investments. She holds a B.A. with honors in economics with a minor in data science from Stanford University.

Eric Arnett is a Vice President at Parthenon Capital, which he joined in 2020, where he works on sourcing and executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies. Leanne Hannon joined Parthenon Capital as an Accountant in 2020, supporting firm administration and accounting. She previously worked on the finance team at Berkshire Partners, handling offshore AIV entities and assisting with tax, and began her career in the Financial Services audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds an MBA from Boston University and a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University, and is a CPA licensed in Massachusetts.

Margo Diamond joined Parthenon Capital in 2026 as Director of Portfolio Talent, where she leads C-suite talent strategy across the portfolio, working with the investment team and portfolio company leadership on executive recruitment, leadership assessment, and talent initiatives. She previously held talent leadership roles at TPG, Galvanize Climate Solutions, and Boston Consulting Group, and worked in executive search at Heidrick & Struggles' private equity practice, along with earlier roles at Farallon Capital Management, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Maine, an M.A. from Columbia University, and a B.A. from UC Berkeley.

Michelle Currie is a Controller at Parthenon Capital, which she joined in 2014, working in the firm's Boston office. She oversees accounting, tax, and reporting for the management companies and handles financial and tax reporting for the funds. Before Parthenon, she worked at the public accounting firm Withum (formerly Walsh, Jastrem & Brown, LLP), where she handled audits and tax return filings.

Molly Fazio Kloos joined Parthenon Capital in 2003 and serves as Manager of Executive Operations. She holds a B.A. in Art History from Hamilton College and an M.S. in Public Relations from Boston University's College of Communication.

Rudy Carlson joined Parthenon Capital in 2024 as an FP&A analyst, supporting operational and financial analysis across the firm. He previously worked as a Private Equity Fund Accountant at SS&C Technologies, handling transactions and financial reporting for multiple funds, and interned in accounting at Loomis Sayles & Company. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a finance concentration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Sandy Chen is a fund accountant who joined Parthenon Capital in 2021, working on reporting for management companies and firm administration. She previously worked as a Staff Accountant at Broadscope Fund Administrators, where she helped prepare financials and tax reporting for private equity funds.
