President with 25 years of experience as an analyst and portfolio manager. Former VP of equity investments at Altamira and TAL Group Asset Management and named equity fund manager of the year in 2000.

COO and General Counsel who joined Paradigm in 2009. Previously VP, Legal at CI Financial and a corporate/commercial and environmental litigator at Fraser Milner Casgrain (now Dentons); holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie and a BA from McGill.

CFA charterholder with over 25 years of investment industry experience who joined Paradigm in 2009 after 20 years at CIBC World Markets, where she was a Managing Director in institutional equity sales.

Chairman of Paradigm and a veteran corporate director; former Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and former Chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission and Morgan Stanley Canada. Author of the 'Dey report' on corporate governance.

Head of Research who joined Paradigm in 2019 as an equity research analyst in healthcare and biotechnology. Previously spent 10 years in academic research and with University of Toronto spin-offs; holds a PhD and MSc from U of T and a BSc from McGill.
