Esmée Trimbos is Head of Marketing & Communications at NUNC Capital, a defense high-tech investment and venture building firm based in Amsterdam, where she is establishing the firm's marketing and communications function, including its brand, corporate narrative, visual identity, and marketing technology, for both the firm and its portfolio companies. She previously spent nearly a decade at ACT Group, a company in sustainability solutions and decarbonization markets, where she built the global marketing function into a 24-person team across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Africa, served as company spokesperson, and later led go-to-market strategy as Head of Marketing Americas in New York, covering the US, Canada, and Latin America. Originally from the Netherlands, she has worked in New York and led teams across multiple continents.

Jorick Hassing is an Investment Associate at NUNC Capital BV, a firm that invests in early-stage ventures and established companies across the defense ecosystem.

Martijn Holleman is Co-Founder and CEO of Donnerstag.ai, a finance automation software company backed by Speedinvest, QED Investors, and Crestone Venture Capital with €4.3M in seed funding. He previously co-founded iyzico in 2013 and served as its CEO until its acquisition by Naspers/PayU, later acting as Chairman through 2023, and held earlier roles including VP Sales Germany at Klarna. He is also a Founding Partner at DeBa Group and a board member at Endeavor Turkey.

Nathalie Weel is Head of People at NUNC Capital BV, with a background in the information technology and services industry. Her areas of expertise include interviewing, recruiting, training, and human resources. She holds a degree in Toegepaste Psychologie with a focus in Talentmanagement from Hogeschool Leiden.

Rob Bauer (born 1962 in Amsterdam) served in the Royal Netherlands Navy from 1981 to 2025, holding roles including Netherlands Chief of Defence (2017–2021) and Chair of the NATO Military Committee (2021–2025). Following his retirement, he founded Bauer Strategic Advice B.V., works as an Edge Fellow at Deloitte on societal resilience, and sits on several advisory boards, including those of the national monument Kamp Vught, NUNC Capital B.V., and international security conferences in Warsaw, Kyiv, and Halifax. As of May 2026 he chairs the Advisory Board of the European Defence Initiative at GLOBSEC, and he co-authored the 2025 book "If you want peace, prepare for war" with Eleonora Russell.
