He has worked as a treasury analyst and investment manager, leading investments in early-stage ventures, and has served as a corporate turnaround specialist focused on operational improvements and strategic partnerships. His experience covers multiple asset classes, asset cycles, and geographies.

Kiran Kalluri is a Fund Partner at Dallas Venture Capital, involved with the firm's India Fund and working alongside its Advantage Growth and Operations teams. He has over two decades of experience across operations, HR, finance, industry research, and sales and marketing at organizations including Google, Dell, The Economic Times, and Onida, with expertise in leading large-scale multi-site and field operations across many countries. He holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and an undergraduate degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Osmania University College of Engineering, and has completed CFA Level 1.

Ravish Ailinani is a Partner at Dallas Venture Capital with a background in corporate strategy, finance, and venture capital, including experience across M&A, IPOs, growth-stage investing, and capital market transactions. Before DVC, he led Corporate Development at Caesars Entertainment and served as a Vice President at Evercore, advising executives and boards of large corporations, private equity firms, and sovereign wealth funds. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.

Shyam Penumaka has over two and a half decades of experience across investment banking and information technology. As a founding managing partner of an advisory firm, he has advised startups in the technology and solar sectors on equity capital raises and M&A transactions, with domain expertise in telecom, benefit administration, and banking across North America and India. He previously led extended delivery centers in India for large telecom operators and managed engineering for a Silicon Valley startup building employee retirement self-care and employer contribution portals. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad.

Anishkumar SS is an Investment Associate at Dallas Venture Capital. He holds a computer science degree from BITS (2021) and is completing a program at ISB (Class of 2025), and is a CFA Level 2 candidate.
