Jack Bernstein is a Managing Director at Monroe Capital, serving as Group Head of East Coast Direct Originations and Co-Head of the New York office, where he has worked since 2015. Mick Solimene is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Monroe Capital, where he oversees wealth management solutions, RIA and retail strategies and serves as CFO and CIO of Monroe Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: MRCC) and Monroe Capital Income Plus Corporation. He has more than 45 years of experience in alternative investing, corporate finance, restructuring and special situations, with prior senior roles at Allstate Investments, Macquarie Capital, Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and Banc of America Securities. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Western Illinois University.

Tom Aronson is Vice Chairman and Head of Originations at Monroe Capital, which he co-founded, and sits on the firm's Investment Committee, leading transaction sourcing and investment structuring. He has over 40 years of commercial lending and private debt experience, having previously worked at Hilco Capital, Cole Taylor Bank, Barton Chemical Corporation, and American National Bank. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University and an M.B.A. in Management Accounting from DePaul University.

Jason Starr is Managing Director and Head of Underwriting for Real Estate within Monroe Capital's Alternative Credit Solutions group, joining the firm in 2019. He previously worked as a Director at Arena Investors, Vice President at Cerberus Capital, and Analyst at Citigroup. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Seth Friedman is Managing Director and Head of Structured Solutions at Monroe Capital, which he joined in 2010, with over 20 years of experience in CLO structuring, operations, and compliance. His work includes structuring rated private funds for insurance investors, negotiating CLO and warehouse documentation, and managing CLO compliance, operations, and investor reporting. He previously worked at Pangaea Asset Management, CapitalSource Finance, and LaSalle Bank, and earned a B.S. in Business-Legal Studies from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Rachael Cressy is a Marketing Manager at Monroe Capital, which she joined in 2012, working in marketing and investor relations. She previously served as a Communications Specialist at the Kissimmee Utility Authority. She holds a B.A. in Public Relations/Advertising from the University of Central Florida.

Ronald Holinsky serves as Chief Legal Officer for Regulated Funds, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of Operational Risk at Monroe Capital, which he joined in 2025. He previously held legal roles at Lincoln Financial, Janney Montgomery Scott, Legg Mason, and K&L Gates, and served as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from West Virginia University and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Theodore L. Koenig is Chairman, CEO and Founder of Monroe Capital LLC, an asset management firm specializing in private credit across direct lending, venture debt, structured credit, real estate and equity since 2004. He also serves as Chairman, President and CEO of Monroe Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: MRCC), a publicly traded business development company. Prior to founding Monroe Capital, Koenig was President and CEO of Hilco Capital LP, a junior secured and mezzanine debt fund, and holds a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Zia Uddin is President of Monroe Capital, where he oversees day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy and serves as Portfolio Manager for the firm's Institutional Direct Lending activities. He is CEO of Monroe Capital Enhanced Corporate Lending Fund (MLEND) and specializes in the firm's software, technology-enabled and business services lending as well as its Independent Sponsor initiatives. He joined Monroe in 2007, sits on its Investment Committee, and previously held roles at private equity and management consulting firms including Franklin Street Equity Partners, Pharos Equity, and Arthur Andersen. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois, and is a CFA charterholder and non-practicing CPA.
