Kara Nortman is Managing Partner of Monarch Collective, an investment platform focused on women's sports, and a co-founder of Angel City Football Club. She previously spent eight years as a Managing Partner at Upfront Ventures and nearly seven years at IAC, where she co-headed M&A and later ran Urbanspoon and Citysearch as SVP and General Manager. Earlier in her career she worked at Battery Ventures, Microsoft, and Morgan Stanley, and she holds an AB in Politics from Princeton and an MBA from Stanford.

Katharine Curran is an Investor at Monarch Collective, an investment platform focused on women's sports. She previously served as Head of Marketing at Manchester City Women, covering fan engagement, brand, ticketing and fan experience, and earlier held strategy roles at City Football Group across tech, investments and innovation. She holds a BA with First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge and an MA with Distinction from the Institute of Sports Humanities, London.

Christine Jiang is an Investor at Monarch Collective, an investment platform focused on advancing equity in global sport. She previously served as Director of Media at Major League Soccer, where she was lead project manager for broadcast production and content during MLS's partnership with Apple TV, and earlier worked on MLS's League Growth & Operations team, including the launch of MLS NEXT Pro. Before MLS, she held strategy roles at the Premier Lacrosse League, the Philadelphia 76ers/HBSE, and Bain & Company; she holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from MIT.

Caitlin McGrath is Head of Operations and Marketing at Monarch Collective. She previously served as Managing Director and Head of Fund Allocations at Schusterman Interests LLC and spent nearly a decade at Soros Fund Management on the Manager Selection Team, conducting due diligence and allocating to external funds across strategies and asset classes. She earned an AB in History from Princeton University in 2009.
