Investment thesis
Memorial Capital invests in commercial real estate using three main strategies: value-add acquisition of existing properties (primarily RV and boat storage) to improve site amenities, automation, and rents; ground-up commercial construction of storage, warehouse, and vacation rental projects, funded directly or via investor syndication; and joint development partnerships where landowners contribute land while the firm provides development expertise, funding, and project management. The firm also flips residential homes. It emphasizes security of investor capital, partnering with local businesses, and hands-on, end-to-end development experience.
