Greenline Community Ventures, Llc

Oversees Greenline's operational and fund management activities and investment process, with over 30 years underwriting operating businesses and commercial real estate. Previously Managing Director of Capmark's NMTC division and led its 2011 carve-out to form Greenline Ventures.

Helps set strategic direction and oversee operations and fund management, with 20+ years delivering capital across the US in low-income housing finance, project finance and private equity. Has raised and deployed over $1 billion of debt and equity.

Handles evaluation, structuring, closing and syndication of tax credit transactions. An investment banker since 1996, he has provided financing on over $2 billion of real estate projects serving low-income communities.

Corporate Controller responsible for accounting, tax, financial reporting, internal controls and treasury for Greenline's funds. Was part of legacy Greenline at Capmark and spent 20+ years in public accounting, primarily at RSM US.

Leads new deal originations and syndication, identifying deals and investors for NMTC and Greenline Loan Fund activities. Has worked in capital markets and institutional sales since 1993 and participated in over $3 billion of financing transactions.

Provides compliance and accounting support for NMTC activities including CDE and investor reporting and cash flow analysis, plus support for third-party CDE investments. Began at Capmark in 2002 and joined the NMTC platform in 2005.

Oversees compliance, fund management, investor reporting, CDFI/IRS regulations and impact tracking. Led Greenline's B-Corporation certification and GIIRS Gold rating, and began at Capmark's legacy Greenline team in 2004.

Oversees all asset and risk management for Greenline and third-party NMTC allocations, covering over $1 billion of NMTC investments. Previously senior asset manager for a $400 million bridge and mezzanine platform at Capmark.

Joined Greenline in 2022 to oversee development and acquisition of commercial and multifamily assets. Previously spent about 15 years at Crescent Real Estate, handling over 8,000 multifamily units worth roughly $1 billion.

Head of Funds at EF leading follow-on investments and portfolio management, backing founders up to Series B. As the fund function's first employee, he has scaled EF's investment management over seven years and previously worked at Mondrian Investment Partners.
