Dr. Tobias Reichmuth is a founding partner at Maximon, a company builder focused on longevity. He has previously built several successful companies and now concentrates on developing longevity-related products and services aimed at extending human healthspan. Maximon was founded by Reichmuth alongside other entrepreneurs and investors working in the longevity sector.

Duri Granziol has a background in direct-to-consumer and e-commerce, having co-founded and led Mama's Choice, a D2C brand for mothers and babies in Southeast Asia, and previously serving as Co-CEO of what was then Indonesia's largest e-commerce marketplace. Through consulting work in health insurance and a personal health experience, he developed an interest in preventive health and longevity, and now works in that field as Co-Founder and CEO of Avea.

Pascal Rode is Co-Founder and COO at AVEA. His entrepreneurial background spans fintech and foodtech, where he co-founded and built several companies before moving into longevity and healthtech. Earlier in his career he held senior management roles at large financial corporations, focused on delivering value through technology.

Sophie Chabloz holds an MSc in Food Science, Nutrition & Health from ETH Zürich, where her research examined potential anti-aging molecules in human cells. She has experience in product innovation, development, and commercialization, including work at a large FMCG company and a prior startup. She focuses on functional ingredients and health and wellbeing products.

Teresa Budetta is Co-Founder and CMO at AVEA. She holds a BSc in Finance from Bocconi University and an MSc in International Business from Esade Business School, and began her career in investment banking before moving into marketing. She previously worked at H-Farm Digital Marketing Agency and Mondadori, held content and brand roles at the health company Lykon and at Foodspring, and in 2020 started a consulting agency supporting funded startups with internationalization.

Thanh Schrader-Nguyen has around 10 years of experience in venture building and digital product design and management, with over 5 years in medtech, including German DiGAs where she launched three mental health applications. She has worked at IBM, BCG Digital Ventures, and Selfapy, and previously founded cyclio, a corporate menstrual health benefit company. She is Co-Founder and CPTO of Frieda Health.

Ildikó Sirman is CEO and Chairwoman of AYUN, a longevity clinic company focused on proactive, personalized health and data-driven prevention. Since 2021, she has served as a Partner at Maximon, building and investing in longevity-focused companies including Avea Life, Frieda Health, Mana, Biolytica, and AYUN. Prior to her work in longevity, she was an early employee and Managing Partner/COO at fintech company Numbrs, and began her career in executive search.

Marc Bernegger is a serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience building companies in emerging industries. He founded Maximon, a longevity-focused company builder, and established the investor platforms Longevity Investors and CfC St. Moritz. His earlier ventures include usgang.ch, a party platform acquired by Axel Springer Media, and amiando, a ticketing platform purchased by Xing that was recognized as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum in 2010. Bernegger holds a master's degree in law from the University of Zurich, attended Singularity University, and served as a founding board member of Crypto Finance Group until its acquisition by Deutsche Boerse in 2021.

Adrian Locher spent two decades as an AI founder who built 10+ companies and brings an operator-centric, hands-on approach via an AI builder combining research, venture studio and a Berlin campus.

Dr. Aubrey de Grey is President and Chief Science Officer at the Longevity Escape Velocity (LEV) Foundation and co-founder of both SENS Research Foundation and Viento. His work focuses on developing medical innovations to address age-related disease and disability through rejuvenation approaches that actively repair molecular and cellular damage rather than slowing its accumulation.

Dr. Brian Kennedy is Director of the Center for Healthy Longevity at the National University of Singapore's Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and a Distinguished Professor in Biochemistry and Physiology. He previously served as President and CEO of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging from 2010 to 2016 and held faculty positions at the University of Washington from 2001 to 2010. His work focuses on the biology of aging and translating research into interventions to extend healthspan, and he maintains adjunct appointments at USC and the University of Washington, holds scientific director and board roles at biotechnology companies, and serves as Co-Editor-In-Chief of Aging Cell.

Lucia Kupcova is an event manager with over 8 years of experience in event and project management across sectors including real estate and international education. She has organized more than 50 B2B and B2G conferences internationally.

Michael Sidler is a co-founder and general partner at Redalpine VC, a venture capital firm. He works with startups and supports the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Nina Ruge began a television career in 1987 with RIAS TV in Berlin, later appearing on ZDF programs such as "heute journal", "heute Nacht", and "Leute heute", and hosting various talk shows and TV magazines. Since 2021 she has authored several German-language books on cell biology of aging and healthy longevity, all of which reached the SPIEGEL bestseller list. She works primarily as an author focused on the cell biology of aging, gives lectures on healthy longevity, and communicates on the topic through media and social channels.

Prof. Dr. Evelyne Yehudit Bischof holds an MD, PhD, and MPH, and serves as President of the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society. She is a Professor of Medicine specializing in internal medicine, oncology, and longevity medicine, with clinical experience across Switzerland, the United States, and China. Her research focuses on precision medicine, healthy longevity, and geriatrics, and she is a Harvard and Columbia-trained physician with over 80 peer-reviewed publications.
