Adrian Locher is co-founder and CEO of Merantix, a Berlin-based venture studio focused on AI. Over roughly 20 years he has worked as an entrepreneur and investor, founding more than 10 companies in Europe and the US across AI, digital healthcare, and e-commerce, including a Swiss e-commerce firm he sold at EUR 100M in revenue. He holds a degree in business and economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Dalma Riczu holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and has more than five years of Human Resources experience across corporate and agency settings. She has built and managed talent advisory teams focused on the pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech industries. Her areas of interest include mental well-being, longevity, and organizational development.

Duri Granziol has a background in direct-to-consumer and e-commerce, having co-founded and led Mama's Choice, a D2C brand for mothers and babies in Southeast Asia, and previously serving as Co-CEO of what was then Indonesia's largest e-commerce marketplace. Through consulting work in health insurance and a personal health experience, he developed an interest in preventive health and longevity, and now works in that field as Co-Founder and CEO of Avea.

Lucia Kupcova is an event manager with over 8 years of experience in event and project management across sectors including real estate and international education. She has organized more than 50 B2B and B2G conferences internationally.

Nina Ruge began a television career in 1987 with RIAS TV in Berlin, later appearing on ZDF programs such as "heute journal", "heute Nacht", and "Leute heute", and hosting various talk shows and TV magazines. Since 2021 she has authored several German-language books on cell biology of aging and healthy longevity, all of which reached the SPIEGEL bestseller list. She works primarily as an author focused on the cell biology of aging, gives lectures on healthy longevity, and communicates on the topic through media and social channels.

Pascal Rode is Co-Founder and COO at AVEA. His entrepreneurial background spans fintech and foodtech, where he co-founded and built several companies before moving into longevity and healthtech. Earlier in his career he held senior management roles at large financial corporations, focused on delivering value through technology.

Simona Eicher works as a Lead Venture Builder at Maximon, focusing on business building and innovation. Before joining the firm, she was at McKinsey & Company, where she led cross-functional teams and helped clients launch new products and implement digital solutions. She holds an MBA from Said Business School at the University of Oxford and a Master's in Management and Economics from the University of Zurich.

Sophie Chabloz holds an MSc in Food Science, Nutrition & Health from ETH Zürich, where her research examined potential anti-aging molecules in human cells. She has experience in product innovation, development, and commercialization, including work at a large FMCG company and a prior startup. She focuses on functional ingredients and health and wellbeing products.

Teresa Budetta is Co-Founder and CMO at AVEA. She holds a BSc in Finance from Bocconi University and an MSc in International Business from Esade Business School, and began her career in investment banking before moving into marketing. She previously worked at H-Farm Digital Marketing Agency and Mondadori, held content and brand roles at the health company Lykon and at Foodspring, and in 2020 started a consulting agency supporting funded startups with internationalization.

Thanh Schrader-Nguyen has around 10 years of experience in venture building and digital product design and management, with over 5 years in medtech, including German DiGAs where she launched three mental health applications. She has worked at IBM, BCG Digital Ventures, and Selfapy, and previously founded cyclio, a corporate menstrual health benefit company. She is Co-Founder and CPTO of Frieda Health.
