Cathy Wong joined F-Prime as Senior Director of Finance in July 2023, bringing over 14 years of accounting and finance experience. She previously served as a Controller at THL and held accounting and tax roles at Blackstone, Bain Capital, Bain & Company, and PwC. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts.

Kai Sato is the founder of Kaizen Reserve, which works with corporations and family offices on innovation and growth. He advises Forma Capital, a consumer-focused venture firm, and serves as a fund advisor to Hatch, an accelerator focused on sustainable aquaculture technology. His prior roles include co-president and chief marketing officer of Crown Electrokinetics, chief marketing and innovation officer of Rubicon Resources, and co-founder of FieldLevel; he is also the author of a book on marketing and a graduate of the University of Southern California.

Louis Mayberg is Chairman of Mauloa, where he oversees the firm's direction and investments. Over nearly four decades in financial services, he co-founded ProShares, an issuer of exchange-traded funds, and earlier co-founded National Capital Companies, an investment bank focused on financial services M&A and equity underwritings. His investment company, CH Capital, focuses on areas including renewable energy such as U.S. bio-fuels manufacturing and industrial-scale solar power in India. He holds a BS in Business from George Washington University.
