Min Htoo is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of LuminArx Capital Management, which he helped launch in 2023. He previously served as a Senior Managing Director and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Blackstone Alternative Asset Management, and earlier founded and led Anandar Capital Management. His earlier career included roles as a day-one Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Magnetar Capital, Analyst at Och-Ziff, Portfolio Manager at Citadel, and work in M&A at Morgan Stanley; he holds a BA in Business Economics from Brown University.

Greg Bilse is a Partner on the Investment Team at LuminArx Capital Management. He previously served as a Managing Director at Blackstone Alternative Asset Management, where he evaluated and monitored hedge fund managers across equity, event-driven, and other strategies, and earlier held roles at Oak Pension Asset Management (Barclays Pension Fund) in London and Deutsche Bank in New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from McGill University.

Joshua Diamant is a Partner and Portfolio Manager for Capital Markets at LuminArx Capital Management. Before LuminArx, he served as Head Trader and Risk Manager for a consumer-focused team at J. Goldman LP, worked as an equity derivative and volatility trader at Nomura Securities, and was Head Trader and Partner at Tourbillon Capital Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University.

Rahul Mahajan is a Partner on the Marketing Team at LuminArx Capital Management, working in sales and marketing for alternative investment products. He previously served as a Managing Director on the Investor Solutions team at CIFC Asset Management and spent over nine years at Deutsche Bank leading its Emerging Manager Group, with earlier roles at HSBC and Barclays. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.S. University of Baroda, India.

Richard Kearney is a Partner on the Investment Team at LuminArx Capital Management. He previously served as Portfolio Manager for the Credit Opportunities Funds at Veritas Capital, and earlier held senior investing roles at Reef Road Capital and Marblegate Asset Management focused on distressed, special situation, event-driven, and relative value credit. He started his career at Lehman Brothers and later worked as a credit analyst and trader at Barclays in New York and London, and holds a B.A. and M.A. from Yale University.

Sanjeev Mordani is a Partner on the Investment Team at LuminArx Capital Management. Before joining the firm, he was Global Co-Head of Private Credit Markets & Solutions within the Financing & Securitization business at Citigroup, and earlier served as Americas Head of Structured Finance in the Chief Investment Office at Barclays and handled cross-asset solutions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He holds a BA from Delhi University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Tanisha Bellur is a Partner on the investment team at LuminArx Capital Management. She previously oversaw corporate development and M&A at ONE, a fintech joint venture between Walmart and Ribbit Capital, and before that was Head of Equities at Blackstone Alternative Asset Management, where she worked on public equities, late-stage growth equity, and hedge funds. Earlier in her career she held investment roles at hedge funds including Blue Harbour Group and Amici Capital, and started out at Goldman Sachs in banking and private equity. She holds a BA in Chemistry and Economics from Dartmouth College.

AJ Weinberg is a Vice President on the investment team at LuminArx Capital Management. He previously worked as an investment professional at One Investment Management, was a private equity associate in the technology, media, and telecommunications group at GTCR, and started his career at the Raine Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.

Alex Linsday is a Vice President on the investment team at LuminArx Capital Management, where he works across the capital structure with an emphasis on asset-based financings and structured credit. He was previously a Senior Associate at the private equity firm Flexpoint Ford, working on its Asset Opportunities fund, and earlier held roles as a Senior Analyst in Citigroup's Global Structured Debt group and as an analyst in Deloitte's securitization advisory group. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance from James Madison University.

Anatoly Fedorko is a Vice President on the Investment Team at LuminArx Capital Management. He previously worked on the Investment Team at Blackstone's Multi-Strategy fund (BXMS), where he led Portfolio and Risk Management, underwrote global macro investments for the Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing platform, and oversaw macro overlay and tail risk strategies. Earlier in his career he was a USD rates options trader at Deutsche Bank and an EM credit derivatives trader at Morgan Stanley, and he holds a Master's in Quantitative Economics and Econometrics from Duke University.

Andrew Fitch is a Managing Director on the investment team at LuminArx Capital Management, with a background across fixed income investing, sales and structuring, and risk management. Before LuminArx, he was a Senior Director in the Structured Credit group at ORIX Corporation USA and previously held Vice President roles at Barclays Investment Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Anna Dawson is the Head of Administration at LuminArx Capital Management. Before joining the firm, she worked as an executive personal assistant to the president of David Yurman and as Chief of Staff to the CEO at DMG Media, supporting high-profile individuals in the New York City area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Ohio University.

Brad Fretti is a Vice President at LuminArx Capital. Before joining the firm, he was a Vice President and Credit Analyst at PPM America, investing in liquid credit across sectors including technology, media, and non-bank financials, and earlier worked on the direct lending team at H.I.G. Capital across sponsor and non-sponsor transactions along with fund finance and corporate functions. He started his career in capital markets and FP&A at an early-stage fintech company, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Economics from Florida Southern College.

Charles Thaler is the Controller at LuminArx Capital Management. He previously worked as a Senior Fund Accountant at Lone Pine Capital and held several roles on the finance team at Viking Global Investors, covering tax, fund accounting, and internal investor relations, and earlier worked at Deloitte on tax compliance for hedge fund and private equity clients. He holds an MBA with an accounting concentration from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelors in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dan Schlemovitz is the Credit Operations Director of LuminArx Capital. He previously served as a Vice President at Blackstone Credit & Insurance, working on rated structures and ABF businesses, and earlier as a Vice President at PIMCO supporting the SSG and Insurance Solutions desks, where he worked on scaling the alternatives business and overseeing legal entity management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Northeastern University.

David Kitchen is a Managing Director and Senior Transaction Counsel at LuminArx Capital Management with over 30 years of experience across finance, restructuring, and corporate law. Before joining the firm, he was a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, then oversaw corporate finance as a senior attorney at Zillow, and later served as General Counsel at The Change Company and Builders Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.

Gilliam Hughes is the Assistant Controller at LuminArx Capital Management. He previously served as Vice President at Veritas Capital, handling accounting and operations for the Credit Opportunities Funds, and earlier worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers auditing alternative asset managers. Ivette Hurst is a Junior Executive Assistant at LuminArx Capital Management. Before joining the firm, she provided executive support, account management, and event coordination for fashion brands and senior leadership, most recently in retail and operations at Rachel Comey and previously in showroom operations and client accounts at AREA NYC in New York and Paris. Joseph Leitao is Vice President of Operations at LuminArx Capital Management, where he oversees operational infrastructure and reporting for the firm's special situations investment strategies. He previously held operations, risk, and reporting roles at Covara Capital, Antara Capital, Lombard Odier Investment Management, Enventure Partners, Perry Capital, Morgan Stanley, and Penn Federal Savings Bank. Justin Neuman is Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at LuminArx Capital Management. He previously served as Counsel at D1 Capital Partners, where he worked on the firm's legal and compliance functions, and earlier as an Associate in the Private Funds Group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Robert McEwan is the COO and CFO of LuminArx Capital Management. He previously served as CFO of Nopetro, a decarbonization energy company, and as CFO of H.I.G. Capital's credit platform, and earlier was Managing Director and COO of Blackstone Alternative Asset Management's special situations direct investing platform. He began his career as a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's Asset Management practice in New York and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Glasgow and a Master's in Finance from the University of Strathclyde.

Ryan Matthews works as an Analyst for Capital Markets at LuminArx Capital Management. He was previously an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs in Equity Capital Markets Origination covering industrials and business services, and before that worked on the Equity Capital Markets Syndication desk at J.P. Morgan handling equity and equity-linked new issuance such as IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, and convertible debt. He holds a BA in Government from Cornell University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Thomas Risinger is a Vice President on the Investment Team at LuminArx Capital Management. He previously worked at Onex on the Transportation Partners team, underwriting equity investments in the transportation and industrials sectors, and was a Senior Associate on Napier Park's Real Assets team after starting his career at Citigroup. He holds a BA from Duke University.
