Jason Albanese is General Partner and CEO of Lightning Capital, a digital asset management firm. He previously co-founded and led Centric Digital, a digital transformation consulting company he grew to over $40M in US sales and more than 300 employees, and earlier co-founded and served as CEO of Sagesecure LLC, a digital asset risk and analytics company. Albanese has published two books on digital risk and management with McGraw-Hill and Pearson, contributes to INC.com, chairs the board of YPO Manhattan, and serves on the board of Partnership with Children in New York City.

Michele Griffin is a General Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Lightning Capital, a multi-fund investment platform focused on emerging technology. She previously founded Premier GTM, spent nearly seven years at Andreessen Horowitz building the firm's GTM Network, and held leadership roles at RocketSpace connecting technology companies with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 partners. Her career spans more than 20 years across technology, venture, and corporate innovation, including earlier roles at Spigit, PwC, BearingPoint, and the Department of Defense.

Jock Percy is Co-Founder, General Partner, and CFO of Lightning Capital, a multi-strategy investment firm managing venture funds, a systematic arbitrage and yield fund, and a late-stage secondaries fund. Previously, he founded and led Perseus as CEO and Chairman for eight years, growing the ultra-low-latency connectivity and market data services firm to $175 million in revenue across six global offices before its 2017 acquisition by GTT. He holds a PhD in political economy from the University of Canterbury and has completed 36 technology sector M&A transactions throughout his career.

Amy Coveny is Head of Investor Relations and Venture Operations at Lightning Capital, where she oversees capital formation, LP communications, and operational frameworks for the firm's multi-strategy platform in emerging technology. Previously, she held leadership positions in media and streaming companies, including Global Head of Audio at Magnite, and served as Managing Partner at Quake, an early-stage venture accelerator where she invested in and advised founders on strategy and capital raising. Her career spans television, digital media, and venture investing, with a focus on identifying and building businesses around emerging technology categories.

Townsend Baldwin is Head of Capital Formation at Lightning Capital Management, a platform investing across liquid and private markets. His prior experience spans real estate, venture capital, and private equity, including roles at Stockwise Capital Management, GoodWise Opportunity, Prides Capital, Palisade Capital Management, Hambrecht & Quist, A.G. Edwards & Sons, and the Chicago Board of Trade. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and a BS from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
