Jeroen Merchiers is Cofounder and CEO of Zazume, a company handling residential rental payments that has raised over 4 million euros. He previously served as Managing Director and board member for Airbnb across EMEA for eight years, leading its regional growth through to IPO, and was earlier COO at Groupalia following a decade in management consulting for manufacturing and supply chain companies. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Solvay in Brussels and an EMBA from IESE.

Rubén Ferreiro is a digital marketing and e-commerce entrepreneur who has founded and led companies since 2001. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela and two master's degrees in E-commerce and Business. He is the principal shareholder of Elogia and founder of VIKO, a digital-business group operating in Spain and Mexico, and he invests in and advises early-stage startups.

Diego Camilleri is a General Partner at Lanai who previously served as Competitive Strategy Lead for Uber across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and was a Director in KPMG's Deal Advisory & Strategy team in New York covering technology and media. He founded and leads eSeed.vc, a global early-stage investment community, and has invested as an angel across numerous companies. He holds a Business Administration degree from ICADE and an MBA from INSEAD.

Ignacio Garicano is an Associate with over four years of experience in venture capital investing, and previously worked in wealth management (real estate) at Bankinter. He led the creation of Impact Angels, a business angel network focused on impact investing in Spain, and co-founded Gröta, a marketplace for sustainable products. He holds a Master in Financial Markets from IEB and a double degree in Business and International Relations from IE University, and collaborates with educational institutions including IE University, ICADE/ICAI, Deusto, and ESADE.

Pau Mallorqui is an Investment Associate at Lanai Partners, where he leads the investment team, co-leads investments, and manages relationships with investors and venture capital vehicles, in addition to overseeing portfolio management, reporting, and follow-on and exit processes. He previously managed portfolios at Gesiuris Asset Management SGIIC and held roles at Trea Asset Management SGIIC and Ginvest Asset Management SGIIC. He holds a Master's in Portfolio Management from IEB (with an exchange at the LSE) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from IQS School of Management, and has passed CFA Level II.

Sandra Castells is an investment analyst who analyzes and manages deal flow. She holds a BBA from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and previously worked as a tech consultant for multinational companies, gaining experience across the IT, finance, and travel industries before entering venture capital.
