David leads Koda's non-profit and philanthropic client business, which he co-founded in 2015, and heads the firm's impact investing service. He has worked in the industry since the late 1980s, including roles at Coutts & Co., Merrill Lynch, Perpetual, and JBWere, and holds various non-profit chair and trustee positions.

James Hawthorne is a Senior Adviser and Partner at Koda Capital who previously spent seven years advising clients at JBWere and worked as a tax adviser at KPMG in Sydney. He advises high net worth clients on domestic and international equities, fixed interest, structured products, alternative assets and derivatives, holds law and applied finance degrees from Macquarie University, and is an ASX Accredited Derivatives Adviser (Level 2).

Michael has worked in financial markets and investing since the late 1990s. Before Koda he was an Executive Director at JBWere leading its Markets Desk and advising family offices, high net worth individuals and institutional clients, having started his career at CBA Private.

David Clark is a wealth adviser with over 22 years of experience advising businesspeople and families in Australia on investment management, structuring, asset protection, succession, and estate planning. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, is a Certified Financial Planner, and has completed an Executive Education program at Stanford Business School. He also creates and hosts the wealth management podcast Inside the Rope.

Stephanie Patrick is a Certified Financial Planner and SMSF Specialist Adviser with over 14 years in financial services, advising high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and philanthropic foundations on investment, superannuation, structuring, and estate planning. She previously held senior advisory roles at private wealth firms and advocates for women's financial empowerment.

Tom Oryl is an Adviser at Koda Capital, where he develops wealth strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and not-for-profit organisations, with a focus on younger wealth accumulators and next-generation family members managing inherited wealth. He has over a decade of experience, including roles at State Street and UBS Investment Bank supporting equity derivatives trading, and joined Koda in 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.

Holds an MSc in Mathematics and a BSc in Information Systems, with over 30 years in software development and mathematical modeling and more than 20 years of investing experience. Serves as a director in several companies and is CEO of Crystal Horse.
