Head of Investment Origination overseeing origination, transaction structuring and investment management. He has over 17 years of investment banking experience, previously Managing Director and Head of Metals and Mining at Moelis Australia, and worked at Credit Suisse and Barclays.

A founding team member who leads Kinterra's legal team, handling legal, regulatory and governance matters and supporting acquisitions from origination through exit. He previously spent five years as a corporate law associate at Stikeman Elliott focusing on securities and M&A.

Global Head of Project Execution with over 30 years in the mining and metals industry. He was previously COO of ArcelorMittal Mines and Infrastructure and held senior roles at Rio Tinto, Greenstone Capital and Xstrata.

A founding team member who leads geology evaluation and value creation planning for Kinterra's real asset portfolio. He has experience in exploration and resource geology, previously a Senior Resource Geologist at a ~$2B PE fund and a geological consultant across North America, Africa and Europe.
