Investment thesis

Jacobs Capital combines the flexibility of a family enterprise with the professionalism and active ownership of a private equity firm. Funded by evergreen private family capital, it invests €100m-€300m of equity into each business, targeting a concentrated portfolio of majority (or co-controlling) stakes. It focuses on high-performing, cash-flow generative, well-managed pan-European companies across Business Services, Consumer, Education, and Healthcare. The firm seeks sustainable growth through international expansion, add-on acquisitions, and operational improvements. It does not take minority-only positions and is not seeking external investment. While it has no fixed horizon, it generally aims to exit in the medium term but can hold longer.
