Bruno de Radzitzky has around 25 years of experience in M&A transactions across Europe, the USA, South America, Asia, and South Africa. He began his career as a lawyer and member of the Brussels Bar, then worked at Belgian building materials group Etex as a Company Lawyer and Senior Legal Counsel, later serving as a director of several Etex companies. He joined Inventures in January 2017 as Head of Asset Management and holds a Master's in Law (Louvain-la-Neuve), a post-graduate degree in International and European Law (VUB), and an LLM (Queen Mary & Westfield College).

Laurent Jouret joined Inventures in 2017 and serves as Partner and Head of Corporate Services. He previously worked as a Senior Investment Manager at the Belgian financial holding company Sofina, where he handled sourcing, analysis and negotiation of investments and directed its Luxembourg subsidiary managing a global portfolio of alternative investments. Earlier roles included Senior Financial Analyst at ING, and financial analyst positions at Bank Degroof and Citibank; he holds a Business Engineering Master's from the Louvain School of Management and completed programs at Harvard Business School and London Business School.

Anne Prignon is a strategic consultant and independent board member who has advised companies and their leadership on operational, management, and governance challenges. With experience in corporate financing, she has overseen projects involving business creation, development, and succession, while also structuring financial arrangements and turnaround plans for struggling enterprises. She serves as a mentor at Duo For a Job and holds the position of commercial court judge.

Charles de Liedekerke is a Belgian executive with over 35 years of experience in international business, investments, and family enterprises. He holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain and has served in senior operational and financial roles at major industrial companies including Lafarge, Bekaert, and Cobepa, where he held the chairmanship through 2010. He currently serves as a board member at Bekaert and holds directorships in several other companies, and founded the Interuniversity Philippe de Woot Award to promote corporate social responsibility in management education.
