Joey Bose is President and CEO of Cytonics Corporation, where he leads research and development efforts on therapeutics for musculoskeletal diseases based on Alpha-2-Macroglobulin. He brings over 15 years of biotech corporate development and capital raising experience, having raised more than $25 million from private equity and crowdfunding sources, directed out-licensing initiatives, and overseen GMP production and clinical trial execution of the lead candidate CYT-108 for osteoarthritis. Bose holds a degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and has conducted seven equity crowdfunding raises for the company since 2019.

Minhal Yusufali is a Managing Partner at KDD Startup Studio with nine years of experience in medical device and software development, spanning research and development, prototyping, validation, and product management. He works alongside venture capital firms, applying biomedical engineering expertise to evaluate deal flow and advise early-stage companies in the healthcare technology sector.

George Gayed is co-founder at Ranvier and holds a PharmD degree with RAC-Drugs certification. He has over five years of clinical experience and more than two years in regulatory affairs leadership roles, with expertise spanning IND, NDA, and BLA submissions, FDA communications, and drug product labeling. His background includes a postdoctoral fellowship in regulatory affairs strategy at Sumitomo Pharma America and specialized training in drug development.
