Joined IGI in 2010 after over six years as Partner and co-founder of the private equity fund Synergo. He previously spent six years in investment banking and began his career at Arthur Andersen in Milan in 1996. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Pavia and a Master in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi.

Joined IGI in 2018 after five years in M&A, including as Partner at an Italian boutique responsible for origination and execution of mid-cap deals. He previously worked on turnaround and extraordinary finance operations as a chartered accountant. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University.

Has worked at IGI for over 21 years, joining in 2003 and rising to Partner in 2016 after growing responsibilities in buyout operations. He previously worked at Mediobanca in risk management and management control. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Bari and a Master in Merchant Banking from LIUC Carlo Cattaneo.

A Partner and CFO of IGI since its founding. Before joining he spent seven years as a credit analyst at Interbanca. He holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

Joined IGI in 2024 after five years at Tamburi Investment Partners working on direct and club-deal investments, equity capital markets and M&A. He previously spent four years at Deloitte Financial Advisory in corporate finance and strategy. He holds a Management degree from Università Cattolica di Milano.

Joined IGI in 2019 after earning a degree in Management for Business from Università Cattolica di Milano.

Joined IGI in 2023 after five years at Fondo Italiano di Investimento SGR working on private equity and private debt fund investments. He holds a degree in Banking and Finance from Università Cattolica di Milano.

Joined IGI in March 2025 after roles at NORD Holding in Germany and Dea Capital, plus earlier experience at Equita SIM, ING Barings, JP Morgan and Kidder Peabody. He holds a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi and completed a PEVC course at Harvard Business School.

Joined IGI in 2006 after a decade in Intesa Sanpaolo's corporate banking division working on corporate finance and syndicated loans. He holds an Economics degree from Università Cattolica di Milano.

Joined IGI in 2023 after five years in M&A at UBI Banca and Equita SIM supporting origination and execution of mid and large-cap transactions. He previously worked in KPMG Corporate Finance's valuation team in Brazil focused on infrastructure. He holds a Finance degree from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.
