Kevin Rose was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer at NACCA, where he previously served as Director of Programs and Member Services. In that role he worked with Indigenous financial institutions, partners, and communities to support programs and services. His new role focuses on the strategic direction of NACCA and the needs of Indigenous entrepreneurs and communities.

Brandon Hansen is Manager, Capacity Development at the First Nations Financial Management Board. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan and is a member of the Waterhen Lake First Nation in Northern Saskatchewan.

Perron is Managing Director of the Indigenous Growth Fund, where she leads the team that developed the fund to expand access to capital for Indigenous Financial Institutions (IFIs) and the Indigenous businesses they finance, attracting $153M in committed capital. With more than 10 years of experience in the financial and public sectors, she previously worked at the National Aboriginal Capital Corporations Association (NACCA), where she contributed to securing government funding for new programs and building an analytics platform for financial modelling of IFI lending activities and their economic impacts. She holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree focused on business, finance, and economic policy.

Executive in Residence and Chief Advisor for industry with over 40 years of energy experience; also VP of Business Development at Energy Safety Canada and past President and CEO of the Petroleum Services Association of Canada.
