Bruce Jenkyn-Jones is Co-Chief Investment Officer for Listed Investments at Impax Asset Management, which he joined in 1999, making him one of the firm's longest-serving employees. He oversees the firm's listed equity business, including performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and product design, and co-manages specialist and climate strategies. Before Impax he worked as a utilities analyst at Bankers Trust and as an environmental consultant at Environmental Resources Management.

Charles French is Co-Chief Investment Officer for Listed Investments at Impax Asset Management, where he oversees research, idea generation, portfolio management, ESG integration, and trading, and works on growing the firm's fixed income proposition. He also co-manages the Impax Global Social Leaders strategy. He joined Impax in 2022 after time at Newton Investment Management, where he began as a global financial analyst and later became a portfolio manager, led the multi-asset and equity opportunities teams, and served as deputy CIO. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Nottingham and is a member of the ICAEW.

Daniel von Preyss joined Impax in 2009 and leads its private equity and infrastructure business, also serving on the investment committees of the firm's new energy funds. Before Impax, he ran Babcock & Brown's Nordic infrastructure investment activities, served as a director on Deutsche Bank's European energy and utilities team focused on European M&A, and worked within Citigroup's utilities team. He holds an MBA from the University of Cologne in Germany and spent a year studying international business as a scholarship student at Sophia University in Japan.

Annette Wilson joined the company's board in June 2022 and serves on its Audit & Risk and Remuneration committees. She has over 20 years of experience in private equity and venture capital, including roles as Partner and COO at Finch Capital and founding CFO of European growth investor Paramon Capital Partners, along with insurance-industry experience at Sedgwick and as CFO of LSE-listed Windsor. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, is a graduate of the University of Johannesburg, a Fellow of the ICAEW, and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Arnaud de Servigny joined as a Non-Executive Director in June 2018. He currently serves as a non-executive director of BNP Paribas Asset Management France and as president of Queen's Field SAS, and previously held roles as a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Asset Management, as well as positions at Barclays Wealth, Standard & Poor's, and BIM Private Equity Fund. Since 2005 he has been a visiting professor of finance at Imperial College Business School and has authored several works on finance, economics, and investment management.

Catherine Bremner is Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Impax Asset Management, responsible for line management of the firm's risk and compliance, IT, and operations functions, as well as strategic projects with the CEO. She joined Impax in 2021 after five years at the UK government's Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, where she held director-level roles overseeing around 500 staff and contributed to the UK's net-zero strategy and international climate and energy policy, and in 2022 chaired the UK's G7 climate and energy presidency. Earlier she was global head of environmental sustainability at Australian financial services firm ANZ, COO of Low Carbon Australia, and head of international development at the Carbon Trust; she holds a master's in public policy from LSE, a master's in environmental science and management from Oxford, and a first-class honours degree in chemical engineering from the University of Queensland.

Darren Johnson is Global Chief Operating Officer at Impax Asset Management and a member of its executive committee, overseeing operations across the organization. He joined the firm in 2007 and has worked on operational transformation, team building, and the transition to cloud services. Before Impax he held similar roles at Talisman Global Asset Management, a family office, and gained experience at RAB Capital, AXA Investment Managers, and Legal & General.

Ed Farrington is President, North America at Impax Asset Management, based in the Portsmouth office, where he oversees distribution of Impax's full product range across North America; he previously headed the firm's North America distribution. Before joining Impax in 2021, he spent 12 years in distribution roles at Natixis Investment Managers in London and Boston, and earlier held sales and sales management positions at Fidelity Investments, Fidelity Charitable Services, and Pioneer Investments. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of New Hampshire and FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, and 31 licenses.

Leads institutional sales and consultant relations for North America; a registered representative of Foreside Financial Services, LLC.

Julia Bond joined the board as a Non-Executive Director in November 2023 and serves on the audit and risk committee as well as the remuneration committee. She has a background in capital markets, having previously been a Managing Director at Credit Suisse where she led central bank and sovereign wealth fund teams globally and co-headed non-Japan Asia bond sales. She also holds non-executive roles across private and public institutions.

Karen Cockburn is the Chief Financial Officer of Impax, overseeing finance, investor relations, human resources, legal, and governance processes, and serves as an executive director of Impax Asset Management Group plc. A chartered accountant with over 25 years of finance and operations experience in financial services, she joined Impax in 2022, having previously served as transformation CFO at Virgin Money plc and held finance and transformation leadership roles at Aegon and Cofunds. She qualified at KPMG, worked earlier at GE Capital and Lloyds Banking Group, and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in finance/accounting from Queen's University Belfast.

Lindsey Brace Martinez became a Non-Executive Director in July 2015, chairing the Remuneration Committee and serving on the Audit & Risk Committee, as well as acting as board sponsor for equity, diversity and inclusion. She previously spent 15 years at Cambridge Associates, where she was a Managing Director and part of the executive team, holding global leadership roles across client service, business development and consulting. She holds an MBA in finance and strategy and a Master's in environmental studies from Yale University, and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Paul Voûte is Head of Distribution for Europe and Asia-Pacific at Impax Asset Management, where he oversees distribution across several key markets and leads business development, consultant relations, and RFP management. He joined the firm in 2022, having previously held similar roles at Federated Hermes and, prior to its acquisition, Hermes Investment Management. His career in asset management began in 1997 and has focused on distribution and business development, including earlier positions at GE Asset Management and Neuberger Berman. He holds a bachelor's degree in business studies from ESC Bordeaux and ISER Rotterdam and speaks English, French, and Dutch.

Sally Bridgeland joined the firm as a non-executive director in July 2015 and became Chair in December 2020, also serving on the remuneration committee. She has 30 years of experience in the UK pensions sector and currently holds non-executive director roles at Royal London, Pension Insurance Corporation, and Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Limited. She qualified as a UK actuary at consultancy Bacon & Woodrow (now Aon) and served as CEO of the BP Pension Fund from 2007 to 2014; in 2016–17 she became the first female Master of the Worshipful Company of Actuaries.

Senior non-executive director since December 2020, serving on the audit & risk and remuneration committees. He has 40 years' experience in insurance, pensions and asset management, is a qualified UK actuary, and was CEO of Mercer in Australia, having worked across six countries.

Zack Wilson is Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Impax Asset Management Group plc, having joined Impax in 2011. He previously served as Director and General Counsel at Development Capital Management, an investment management and corporate finance advisory firm, and earlier was Corporate Counsel at Telewest Global Inc (now Virgin Media Inc), where he worked on the group's approximately $10 billion financial restructuring. He qualified as a solicitor at Norton Rose, specializes in corporate finance, and holds a master's degree in law from the University of Oxford.
