Havisham Group

Ben Rawson is Managing Director of Havisham Group, where he oversees the firm's portfolio companies and investments. He joined the firm in 2010 after earning an Honours degree in International Business Studies with Spanish from Bristol Business School, which included a year at Granada University. He has held over 25 directorships across the UK, Australia, China, Singapore and South Africa, and served as a Non-Executive Director of Huntswood for more than a decade through its sale to ResultsCX.

Adam Cashin-Murray joined Havisham Group in 2012 and serves as Operations Manager. His responsibilities include identifying new investment opportunities, supporting portfolio companies and founders operationally, and overseeing the legal, finance, and HR functions.

Bardia Sohi is a CFO with 15 years of experience across financial and professional services, technology, and private equity, having led finance functions for start-ups, SMEs, and public companies. He joined Havisham Group in 2014 to oversee finance, tax, and legal matters for the investment portfolio and to advise portfolio companies on finance operations. He holds a BSc (Hons) in accounting and finance from the University of Warwick and is a Fellow of the ACCA, a member of the ICAEW, and a member of the CAIA.

Milda Drungyte joined Havisham Group in August 2015, having previously spent five years at Conduit, a sister company of Huntswood. She handles the group's financial and management accounting, is a member of CIMA, and is studying toward the Chartered Global Management Accountant qualification.

Nicola Carroll joined Havisham Group in May 2016 after working for 13 years in the legal industry. She provides personal assistant support to David and serves as a trustee of The David Brownlow Charitable Foundation.
