Harry J. Healer, JR has 40 years of venture capital experience. He spent 11 years co-managing FleetBoston Financial (BankBoston's) venture affiliates before leaving in 1980 to co-found The Venture Capital Fund of New England (VCFNE), where he has served as general partner across a succession of early-stage venture funds. He focuses on information and industrial technology investments and holds a BS in Business Administration from Babson College.

Jim Putnam spent his career at MARKEM Corporation starting in 1974, rising through management roles to become general manager of US operations and a board member in 1987, then President in 1992 and Chairman in 1999 before retiring in 2006. He has served as a board member of Lab Tech, Hitchiner Manufacturing, and Spectra, Inc. He holds a B.A. from Hanover College and an M.B.A. from the Whittemore School of Business Administration at the University of New Hampshire.

Dr. Jim Rothnie has more than three decades of experience in the computer industry. He was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at EMC and Vice President of Software Development at Data General Corporation, and earlier served as Executive Vice President of Kendall Square Research, where he oversaw the development of large-scale parallel computers and related software. He began his career at Computer Corporation of America, rising to President and COO, and holds a B.S. and Ph.D. from MIT.

Rob Roy has served as Executive Director of Ventry Industries, LLC since 2001, where he oversees investment policy, selection and review of investment managers, and evaluation of financial and operating strategies. He previously spent six years as CFO and CIO of Peerless Clothing, Inc., a privately held apparel manufacturer, where he handled the company's financial functions and helped establish a family office. He is a certified management accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and an MBA in finance from Concordia University.

Rosamond Delori is a Manager of Harbor Light Alternative Investment Holdings, a fund of non-traditional investment funds aimed at generating uncorrelated returns for limited partners. Earlier in her career she served as Executive Director of the 1911 Office (1992–2007) and as a Director of MARKEM Corporation (1996–2006), where she sat on the Compensation, Audit, and Governance Committees. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1994.
