Larissa-Patricia Naue serves as Operating Partner People Excellence at Hannover Finanz and operates LPN Coaching & Consulting. She holds certification as a board member and focuses on organizational structure optimization, personnel processes, and collaboration development to create alignment between individuals and their professional roles.

Sebastian Maurus is a Value Creation Partner at Hannover Finanz with 20 years of experience leading performance transformations across production, logistics, development, customer service, and administrative functions. In his consulting, entrepreneurial, and management roles, he has worked with organizations and leaders to improve operational performance across the value chain. His current focus involves supporting mid-market companies on enterprise value and future capability development.

Joachim von Lohr joined Hannover Finanz in 2018. He previously spent 17 years at the investment company of LBBW in Stuttgart, most recently serving as a member of its management board. He trained as a banker and holds a degree in business administration (FH) from the University of Applied Sciences for Design, Technology and Economics in Pforzheim.

Martin Walka has been with Hannover Finanz since 2000 and serves as Managing Director of the firm's Austrian office in Vienna. He previously worked in investment controlling at Beteiligungsfinanzierungs AG and holds a degree in business administration (Mag.). From 2004 to 2006, he chaired the board of the Austrian Private Equity and Venture Capital Organisation (AVCO).

Mirco Thelen joined Hannover Finanz in 2020, having previously worked as an Investment Manager at NORD Holding, where he handled acquisition, structuring and support of investments in mid-sized companies across various sectors. He holds a diploma in economics.

Robert Pauli joined Hannover Finanz in 2020. He previously spent two years as Managing Director of his family's company, epa Dosiertechnik GmbH, where he organized the succession and remains a shareholder, and worked for 18 years at NORD Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft, most recently as a management board member responsible for portfolio development and involved in numerous corporate transactions. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. in electrical engineering from Cologne and an M.A. in Business and Management from London.

Joined Hannover Finanz in 1999. Previously worked in auditing at Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner in Frankfurt, focusing on business valuation, financial due diligence, and annual audits. Holds a degree in economics (Diplom-Ökonom) from the University of Hannover.

Georg Krasser has been with Hannover Finanz since 2016, working in the firm's Austrian office. He previously worked as a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services team in Frankfurt, and holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Graz.

Jacqueline Terzieva is Manager People Excellence & Recruiting at Hannover Finanz, where she leads executive search and placement of first- and second-line leaders across a portfolio of 30 mid-cap companies. With over 12 years in executive search and consulting, she has placed C-level and senior leaders for clients across software, industrial, life science, digital, and innovation sectors in the DACH region, Europe, and the US. In 2025, she transitioned to the investor side to apply her executive search expertise and industry experience within a private equity environment.

Marcus Wegener is an Operating Manager at Hannover Finanz, where he works in private equity supporting Mittelstand companies with capital, strategy, and execution. He previously founded and exited a business before moving into private equity.

Susanne Behrens co-founded Kainos Technologies LLC in 2015, serving as Director, where the company provides IT services, communications, and automation to the Central Texas area. Previously, Behrens worked as an IT Operations Manager at SpaceX and held IT management roles at the accounting firm BKD and the startup K2Share, where infrastructure was designed to host web applications for the Department of Homeland Security.
