Takashi Moriuchi is a co-founder and Managing Director of Estancia, where he focuses on sourcing, executing, and monitoring portfolio companies as well as firm leadership and limited partner relations. Before founding Estancia, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley & Co. and a founding Principal at Lovell Minnick Partners, investing in the financial services sector since 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dana Alan Kurttila is a Managing Director at Estancia, which he joined in 2013, where he focuses on sourcing, executing, monitoring, and growing portfolio companies as well as limited partner reporting. He previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development at United Capital Financial Advisers, was a Principal at merchant banking firm Grail Partners, an associate at Conning Capital, and an investment banking analyst at Putnam Lovell Securities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University.

Danny Kang is a Managing Director at Estancia, where he focuses on sourcing, executing, monitoring, and supporting the growth of portfolio companies. Before joining Estancia, he spent twelve years at Lovell Minnick, working on transactions, financings, and post-investment activities across private equity in the financial services sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California.

Darrin Jeffries is COO, General Counsel, CCO and Managing Director at Estancia, where he handles portfolio company M&A structuring and execution and oversees the firm's operations, including financial controls, legal and regulatory compliance. Before joining Estancia full time in January 2015, he spent 19 years as an attorney and partner at the law firm Plattner, Schneidman, Schneider & Jeffries, P.C., advising corporate clients on transactional, tax, accounting and M&A matters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University.

Rosenberger is a Principal at Estancia, which he joined in early 2022, where he evaluates and executes new investment opportunities and supports portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives. He previously worked at Comvest Partners in its Special Opportunities and Direct Lending groups and began his career at Hamilton Lane across its Fund Investment and Co-Investment groups. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Keegan Mitchell is a Principal at Estancia, where he evaluates and helps execute new investment opportunities and handles portfolio monitoring, valuation reporting, and LP reporting. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from North Carolina State University and a BA in Economics from the University of Arizona.

Andre Ho is an Associate at Estancia, where he works on financial modeling, deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and quarterly portfolio valuation reporting, and also supports deal sourcing and LP reporting. Before joining full time, he served as a summer analyst at Estancia and at Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, and previously completed national service as a drill sergeant in the Singapore Armed Forces. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.

Cheryl Mendez is an Administrative Assistant at Estancia with more than 20 years of experience as an executive assistant. She supports the firm's daily operations across administration, operations, and investor relations.

Dylan Snyder is an Associate at Estancia, which he joined in 2023, focusing on financial modeling, deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and portfolio valuation reporting, and assisting with deal sourcing and LP reporting. He previously worked at Citrin Cooperman in the Portfolio Valuation Services Group on financial analysis and valuation work, and began his career at Pacer ETFs following capital markets and fund performance. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Investments from Missouri State University.

Jonah Skobeloff is a Senior Associate at Estancia, where he evaluates and helps execute new investment opportunities and works on portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives. Before joining Estancia in 2024, he worked at Deep Ocean Partners, a middle-market credit firm focused on fintech and financial services, and previously spent about five years in investment banking at UBS Securities and in the middle-market. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics with a minor in International Global Studies from Brandeis University.

Kenji Moriuchi is an Analyst at Estancia, where he works on evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and supports portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives for portfolio companies. Before joining full time, he served as a summer analyst at Estancia and at FS Investments, handling industry and company research and financial modeling. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.

Makayla Sugidono supports Estancia's operations, compliance, and investor relations activities, and maintains the firm's digital presence. She also works on developing and implementing the firm's ESG practices. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Business from the University of Redlands and is a former collegiate athlete.

S.W. Le Roux is a licensed CPA (Arizona, California, New Jersey) and Chartered Accountant in South Africa who serves as Senior Director, Finance at Estancia. He spent most of his career in public accounting at RSM US LLP (formerly McGladrey LLP) in New York, focusing on private equity fund audits since 2010 and later leading independence monitoring within RSM's National Office of Risk Management. He also worked in SS&C Technologies' Private Equity Fund Accounting Services group and holds Bachelor and Honors degrees in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria.

Violetta Richardson is a licensed attorney whose corporate practice covers mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and formation, commercial stock and asset transactions, joint ventures, real estate deals, debt and equity financing, and family office matters, along with advising clients on regulatory issues. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs (with a concentration in Economics and a minor in German) from Wagner College and a Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law.
