Mohamed Okasha is the Founder and Managing Partner of DisrupTech Ventures, where he chairs the Investment Committee and leads the firm's investment strategy. He previously co-founded Fawry and served as its Managing Director from 2009 through its 2019 IPO, and earlier held senior roles at Vodafone Egypt and Raya Holding. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo and an MBA from ESLSCA Business School Paris, and was appointed to the Prime Minister's Advisory Committee for Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation.

Yehia Abouelwafa is Co-Founder and Partner at DisrupTech Ventures, with over 20 years of investment experience spanning corporate finance advisory, M&A banking, private equity, and venture capital. Before DisrupTech, he served as Chief Investment Officer at MNT-Halan Investments in the Netherlands. He was a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Yale's Department of Economics and holds a B.A. in Accounting & Finance from the American University in Cairo, along with an M.B.A. and an M.A.M. from Yale School of Management and IE Business School.

Fouad Rakha is an Investment Associate at DisrupTech Ventures with about eight years of experience across banking, private investment, and portfolio management. He previously worked as an Investment Associate at CVentures, the corporate VC arm of the Commercial International Bank (CIB), where he handled market research, investment analysis, and due diligence, and spent six years at CIB in corporate banking credit analysis and managing the bank's VC portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and International Trade with a Finance concentration from Misr International University.

Habiba ElSayed is the Investor Comms and PR Manager at DisrupTech Ventures, with more than eight years of experience in communications and public affairs. She previously worked as Communications, Public Affairs & Sustainability Manager at Talabat Egypt (Delivery Hero Group) and as a Public Policy Consultant at N Gage Consulting, where she handled tech-sector clients and regulatory advocacy. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Gender and Women's Studies from the American University in Cairo.

Ines Hassan is a French-Egyptian finance professional with experience in financial analysis, auditing, and strategy. She previously worked at Heura Foods in Barcelona on financial processes and internal audits, served as a Junior Auditor at Deloitte, gained compliance and operational risk exposure at BNP Paribas, and worked on market research and lead generation at Fever. She holds a BSc in Business Administration from IE Business School and speaks Arabic, French, English, and Spanish.

Jomana Heiba is a Senior Investment Analyst at DisrupTech Ventures with over five years of experience in startup program management and fundraising. She previously worked at EdVentures VC (a subsidiary of Nahdet Misr Publishing Group) as a Program Manager and as an Incubation and Acceleration Program Coordinator, where she managed startup scouting, screening, and acceleration cycles and secured a multi-million-dollar fund. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics from The American University in Cairo and studied abroad at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

Marwan Mowafi is an Investment Analyst at DisrupTech Ventures, where he began as a Junior Investment Analyst. He works on early-stage startup evaluations, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and investment memos, with a focus on financial services sectors. He previously interned at fintech companies Valu and Sympl, and graduated from the German University in Cairo with a double major in Innovation and Finance.

Sherihan Mostafa is the Office Manager at DisrupTech Ventures, with over 15 years of experience across administration, customer service, and education. She has previously held roles including Academic Assistant at Ethos International School and administrative and PR positions at organizations such as Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei Technologies, Mobinil, and TE Projects, and earlier worked in marketing and advertising at Nahdet Masr for Journalism and Media. She holds a B.A. in Commerce and Business Administration with a specialization in English from Helwan University.

Vig Sachidananda is the founder of Arabian Aisles and works in communications and public affairs in the MENA region. Their work spans the technology, policy, and sustainability sectors.
