Deetken Impact

José Lamyin is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Deetken Impact and previously co-founded The Deetken Group, a Vancouver management consulting firm. Earlier in his career he worked for Teck Cominco in Peru and Canada and Deutsche Bank in the UK, advising clients in mining, telecommunications, and finance across Canada, Europe, and Latin America. He holds a BS in Engineering from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, and currently focuses on investment management with an emphasis on impact and clean energy in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Alejandra Revueltas is a Senior Portfolio Officer at Deetken Impact, where she leads portfolio management across funds and oversees impact assessment, monitoring, and reporting for the firm's Alternative Finance funds. She joined the organization through Adobe Capital, and previously worked as a Business Manager Associate at J.P. Morgan Chase in Mexico City structuring financial products, and did research and consulting at Avivar Capital. She holds a master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and a BA in Financial Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with an International Business certificate from Fudan University.

Erik Wallsten is Managing Partner at Deetken Impact and previously founded and served as Managing Partner of Adobe Capital, a Latin American impact investment fund manager he launched in Mexico City in 2012. Before that he worked at private equity and venture capital funds in Mexico. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Lucia Echeverria is the Human Resources Manager at Deetken Impact, where she works on organizational culture, HR policies, compensation and benefits, and strategic human resources management. She previously was a partner at the boutique HR firm Factor Humano, serving small businesses and startups, and has lectured on HR topics such as compensation, recruitment, and labor law. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and an MBA from Aden Business School in partnership with the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Barcelona.
