John Veitch joined Clearspring Capital Partners in 2013 and has over fifteen years of experience in private equity and M&A, leading portfolio value creation, sourcing and due diligence. He currently leads investments in Telecon, Tecnic and Innotex, previously led realized deals including Demers Ambulance and Logistik Unicorp, and even served as interim CFO at Demers Ambulance. He earlier worked in investment banking at Scotiabank and in audit at Ernst & Young, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University.

Milap Choksey joined Clearspring Capital Partners in 2018 and leads investment sourcing, execution, value creation and portfolio management, serving as a board director and lead asset manager of Regal and Traditours. He has over 20 years of operating, private equity, consulting and M&A experience, including three years as COO of Regal, and previously worked at Canadian Tire Corporation, Bain & Company, Birch Hill Equity Partners and CIBC Capital Markets.

Richard Tong serves as Chief Legal Officer at eCapital Corp. His experience spans the professional and technical services industry, including testing, inspection, certification, engineering, and design firms, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate law, risk management, litigation, and SEC compliance for public companies. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Will Wang joined Clearspring Capital Partners in 2018, working across investment execution and portfolio management, and has been involved in all platform investments since then. He sits on the board of Tecnic and is a board observer at Telecon, Regal, and INNOTEX; he previously worked in investment banking at Scotiabank and in audit at Deloitte, and holds accounting degrees from Penn State and an MBA from Queen's University.

Cassandra Tutelea joined Clearspring in 2026 and works across investment execution and portfolio company management. She previously worked at a Montreal-based mid-market private equity firm where she completed four manufacturing-sector transactions, co-founded a virtual tour startup, and worked in corporate development. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.

Former Premier of Ontario (1985-1990) and past leader of the Ontario Liberal Party, David Peterson is Chairman Emeritus of Cassels Brock & Blackwell and Chancellor Emeritus of the University of Toronto. He has served on numerous public and private boards and held prominent roles in Canadian public policy and constitutional affairs.

Harry Yanowitz joined Clearspring in late 2025 as an Operating Partner, working with portfolio company management teams on operational improvement, growth, and financial strategy after supporting the firm since 2010. He previously served as CFO of Pep Boys, as President/COO/CFO of Chapters Inc., and in interim executive roles at Telecon, and spent over 15 years advising mid-market PE-backed companies as Managing Director at Crosby Brown Advisors.

Jim Probert joined Clearspring Capital Partners in 2013 as CFO. He previously spent four years as Director of Finance at CARGO Cosmetics Corp. and fifteen years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Private Company Services Group. He earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1995 and holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto.

Joe joined Clearspring as a Managing Director in 2003 and now serves as Senior Advisor, sitting on the board of Regal. Before Clearspring he spent 17 years at Bain & Company, including a role as Head of Bain Canada, and holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Matt Bérubé joined Clearspring in 2023 and is involved in all aspects of the investment process, focusing on the firm's investments in Tecnic, Traditours and INNOTEX where he serves as a Board Observer. He previously worked in the Technology Private Equity group at Investissement Québec and in the Technology group at CDPQ, with over five years of private equity investing experience.

A retired Canadian general who served as Canada's 18th Chief of the Defence Staff, with a background in electrical engineering and a military flying and command career; he now advises Canadian and American defence and security firms.

Sam Chan is Head of Programs at Launch Academy, overseeing program development and advising startups on go-to-market strategy. He previously consulted for Samsung, Microsoft, Intel, Qualcomm, and NBC on developer relations and ran large hackathons.
