Carolyn joined Charity Bank in 2005 after establishing and managing a social housing loan book at a European bank, growing it to over £1bn. She is a trustee of two almshouses, a director of Almshouse Consortium Ltd, and chairs the Postcode Lottery Innovation Trust and Maidstone Grammar School for Girls Development Trust.

Joined Charity Bank in April 2025 with over 20 years of banking experience across high street, international, start-up, fintech and challenger institutions. He develops technology solutions to enhance the saver experience and streamline operations.

Technology and change leader with over 20 years in regulated financial services, having led technology strategy, resilience and cybersecurity at Aldermore Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, The People's Partnership and The Pensions Regulator. A beneficiary of social lending, he joined Charity Bank to ensure technology serves those most in need.

Supports delivery of Charity Bank's ethical savings accounts, having joined in 2013 after nine years at a small family-run financial services firm. She previously served as a Savings Officer and interim Savings Manager.

With Charity Bank since 2009, she progressed from IT Assistant to IT Manager, oversaw the bank's core system replacement, and since 2020 has led operational resilience, vendor management and facilities.

Oversees corporate governance at Charity Bank, which he joined in September 2024. He has over 15 years in financial services and was previously Company Secretary and Chief Commercial Officer at AIM-listed Mortgage Advice Bureau.

Manages the bank's cash holdings, payments, investments and balance sheet risks. She has 20 years of treasury banking experience across Europe and Asia, including roles at Sainsbury's Bank, Moody's Analytics and Royal Bank of Scotland, and was previously CFO of treasury body ALMA.

Joined Charity Bank in January 2025 with over a decade of commercial and real estate banking experience at Octopus Real Estate, Aldermore Bank and HSBC. She is the main contact for introducers and clients across the West Midlands, guiding them through the loan application process.

Experienced in financial services and risk management, having served as Deputy Chief Risk Officer and Head of Sustainability Strategy EMEA at Mizuho International and Managing Director of Credit Risk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She has led CSR initiatives and holds several non-executive roles.

Supports the Head of Small Social Lending in growing Charity Bank's lending book by sourcing and converting investment opportunities in the Third Sector, prioritising underserved organisations. She joined in March 2023 with over 15 years of retail and commercial banking experience at HSBC, Unity Trust and Nationwide.

Joined Charity Bank in 2024 after three years at Lloyds Banking Group, working within the Finance and Treasury team to manage the bank's liquidity, interest rate and capital risks. Currently studying at the management level of CIMA.

Joined Charity Bank in 2024 with 18 years of commercial banking, leadership and channel strategy experience, including seven years specialising in the charity, education and social enterprise market. He oversees regional Impact Lending Relationship Managers and the bank's lending journeys.

A data and AI technologist and strategist who has worked at Microsoft, QuantumBlack, Raytheon Intelligence and fintech start-up Pollinate, with roles straddling product and technology.

Joined Charity Bank as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee in June 2022. He has worked at large international corporate and investment banks in risk management, most recently as Chief Risk Officer for Mizuho International PLC.

Joined Charity Bank in October 2024 after a near 36-year career at NatWest, where he spent 28 years supporting commercial and corporate businesses. He helps social sector organisations with their funding requirements alongside the front-line team.

Brings over 20 years of experience in social enterprise, housing and grant and loan funding. He leads a North-East London investment portfolio for the Greater London Authority's Affordable Housing Programme and previously led investment into social enterprises across Africa and Asia at Reall.
