Carl Stjernfeldt is a Managing Director at ArcLight Capital Partners focused on energy transition investments, including asset-light and software solutions across digital infrastructure and power generation, at deal stages ranging from growth to buyout. He previously led corporate development for Shell New Energies, overseeing investments and M&A in renewable energy and emerging business models, and spent over a decade as a venture investor at top-tier firms with concentration in software. Stjernfeldt has served on boards of multiple companies spanning software, networking, and clean energy sectors, and is active in entrepreneurial ecosystems through MIT affiliations, industry organizations, and advisory roles.

David Duval spent over 20 years as a venture capital partner before retiring to focus on private club and association governance. He holds a BS in Accounting from Bentley University, an MBA from Babson College, and is a CPA who has served as treasurer and board member for numerous country clubs, charitable organizations, and homeowner associations. Since 2017, he has co-developed an annual governance survey for private clubs that has grown to include over 1,200 board members and general managers representing more than 800 clubs and associations.

Jason King joined Converge in January 2018 as a part-time CFO, where he oversees finance and reporting activities. He has more than 20 years of experience across the private equity and venture capital industries, having worked as an auditor, CFO, Director, Partner, and portfolio company board member at firms including Castile Ventures, Standish Management, Summit Partners, Deloitte, and KPM & Associates CPAs. He is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Bryant College.

Roger Walton is a Principal at TSJ Consulting, providing business, operations, and product consulting services to technology companies. He has experience in product management, operations leadership, strategy consulting, and venture capital, with domain expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, unified communications, and web technologies.

Skip Besthoff is a Managing Director at PSG with experience in corporate development, strategy, and investment management across software and Internet businesses. He has led or supported over 20 investment and M&A transactions with combined enterprise value exceeding $2 billion, and has held roles including CEO and board member at companies across growth stages from startups to public enterprises. His market expertise includes telematics, enterprise collaboration, content and digital marketing, financial applications, e-health, and unified communications.
