She previously held roles at Bluefield Partners LLP, where she worked as Associate General Counsel from 2015 focusing on M&A for solar asset acquisitions before her 2017 promotion to General Counsel, a position that included overseeing the group legal function and serving on the senior management team and board. Earlier in her career, she trained at Shearman & Sterling in London and Singapore and spent ten years at Bird & Bird handling private M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, and corporate advisory work across the technology, healthcare, and energy sectors.
