She previously served as General Counsel at Bluefield Partners LLP, where she led the group legal function and M&A activities related to solar asset acquisitions, having joined initially as Associate General Counsel in 2015. Earlier in her career, she trained at Shearman & Sterling in London and Singapore and spent ten years at Bird & Bird handling private M&A, venture capital, joint ventures and corporate advisory work in the technology, healthcare and energy sectors.

Klaus Gierling is Senior Managing Director at Capital Dynamics, where he serves as Head of Business Development for the DACH, Benelux, and Nordics regions.
