Donnie Schrader is a shareholder and co-founder of Caliber. Prior to Caliber, he was managing partner of First United Equities LLC, a Michigan firm that acquired, renovated, and sold homes. At Caliber he oversaw acquisitions, distressed real estate management, development, and construction, holding roles including co-managing partner, COO, and CDO before resigning in February 2016. He studied business at Schoolcraft College and Eastern Michigan University.

Jennifer Schrader has served as President and director of Caliber since co-founding the firm in 2009, and was Chief Operating Officer until 2024. She has overseen the acquisition, design, repositioning, and disposition of over $500 million in assets, and leads the company's investments group and asset management activities. Before Caliber, she was Managing Partner of First United Equities, LLC, a Michigan firm focused on acquiring, renovating, and selling homes; she studied architecture and interior architecture at Lawrence Technological University and holds an Arizona real estate broker's license.

Bill Gerber previously served as Chief Financial Officer of TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation and was a member of the CNBC CFO Council. Over more than 20 years in finance, he held leadership positions at Acceptance Insurance, Inc. and Coopers & Lybrand LLP, and was twice recognized among Institutional Investor Magazine's top three CFOs. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Brion Crum is Director, Investor Experience & Client Relations Lead at Caliber, where he works with investors and manages client relationships. He previously served as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch and Synergy Investments, advising high-net-worth clients and business owners on asset protection, tax planning, and portfolio construction, and began his career as an internal wholesaler at ING Funds before working as an independent advisor. He holds a BSBA in Finance and Aviation Management from The Ohio State University and is a registered representative with Tobin & Company Securities LLC.

David Granucci is a Sales Associate, Private Client at Caliber, working with current and prospective investors on the firm's investment opportunities. He previously worked in the financial advisory industry helping clients with investment decisions and strategies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management along with the Series 7 and Series 63 securities registrations.

Dereck Grey is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who works with private clients at Caliber, helping them with tactical asset management and risk management strategies including private real estate allocations. He previously spent about eight years as a financial advisor at firms including Charles Schwab and Merrill Lynch, where he managed over $730 million in combined private client assets. He holds a BS in Finance with a certificate in economics from Northern Arizona University.

Dimitri Uhlik manages investor relationships at Caliber, focusing on helping clients make informed decisions about investing in Caliber funds. He has around 25 years of industry experience, having previously worked as a Portfolio Manager and Financial Advisor, including roles at Charles Schwab and as Chief Operating Officer at Basilica Wealth. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from ASU, studied at Charles University in Prague, speaks fluent Czech, and is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS).

Greg James is Chief Operating Officer of Caliber, a role he took in 2025 after joining the firm in October 2024, where he oversees operations including hospitality, asset management, investment services, IT, HR, and sales and marketing. He previously spent nearly two decades at Summit Hotel Properties as Senior Vice President of Operations and began his career at Marriott International in 1991. He is a graduate of Arizona State University.

Lawrence X. Taylor is a C-level executive, advisor, and director with over 30 years of business experience, guiding companies through restructurings, acquisitions, and corporate development, including capital transactions exceeding $20 billion. His work spans start-ups, private, and publicly traded companies across industries such as casino gaming, hospitality, manufacturing, aviation, real estate, retail, and healthcare. He is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and NACD Directorship Certified, and was named a "Director to Watch 2020" by Private Company Director Magazine.

Mike Darling is VP, Private Client at Caliber, where he focuses on developing investor relationships and growing the firm's private client platform, working with investors and advisors to expand access to alternative investments and private real estate. Before Caliber, he worked in commercial real estate brokerage, primarily representing third-party logistics companies in industrial tenant representation, with additional experience in office and retail sectors. He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.

Roy Bade has been Chief Development Officer of Caliber since November 2019, overseeing the firm's real estate service lines including development, construction, acquisitions, and project financing. He joined Caliber in 2014 as Fund Manager and later became Executive Vice President and Fund Manager. Before Caliber, he spent nearly 30 years as principal and managing partner of Bade Commercial Services Inc and BCS Development Group, LLC in Phoenix, Arizona, and holds a business information systems degree from Washington State University along with a commercial general contractor's license and an Arizona real estate broker's license.
