Aino Olaisen is an Investment Analyst at Clessidra Group. She previously held roles as a private equity off-cycle analyst at Bregal, an investment banking off-cycle analyst at Mediobanca, and an M&A analyst at KPMG, and completed an M&A internship at GMG Group. Olaisen holds a BSc in Economics and Management and an MSc in Corporate Finance from LUISS, and completed an exchange at HEC Paris.

Charles Høstlund is Executive Director of People, Performance and Culture at Light Warrior Group, where his responsibilities cover the Light Warrior, Wanderlust, and The Beauty Chef businesses. He has spent most of his career in people and culture roles within privately owned and founder-led retail, FMCG, and startup and scale-up companies. His areas of expertise include strategy and planning, talent acquisition, organisational design and development, employer branding, employment relations, and health and wellbeing.

Jen Lee Koss is a Juilliard-trained cellist and former founder/CEO whose arts discipline, maker and retail expertise, and PE/consulting background guide investments in infrastructure for working women, families and care

Maria Færevaag is an Investment Associate at Bluefront Equity. She holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a major in Financial Economics from NHH.

Rami Haug Khoury is Group CEO and co-founder of Nordic Convenience Group. He has held CEO and board positions in both public and private companies, and serves as head of a family-owned investment company. His background spans strategy, business development, supply chain, production, innovation, and M&A across seafood, FMCG, oil & gas, and technology sectors.

Solveig Van Nes is CEO and Founder of Marine Prospects, an organization focused on marine ecosystems and seafood production. The company works to make knowledge about ocean resources and sustainable practices accessible to industry stakeholders, government authorities, consumers, and educational institutions.

Sondre Storli serves as COO and CFO at Bluefront Equity, a seafood-focused private equity firm investing in sustainable aquaculture suppliers, where he oversees finance, investor relations, risk and compliance, and HR functions. Prior to joining Bluefront, he was a senior associate at Deloitte Oslo conducting audits across seafood, consumer, TMT, and transportation sectors and holds Norwegian state-authorized public accountant certification. His background in seafood investing includes a master's thesis from the Norwegian School of Economics on equity valuation in the sector.
