His career has included work as a strategy advisor, professional services firm leader, corporate executive, and private equity and venture capital investor, with Chairman and Non-Executive Director roles across 15 public and private companies. Earlier he spent 21 years advising Fortune 500 leadership at McKinsey & Company, A.T. Kearney, Monitor Group, and Booz & Company, and served as an SVP at Gap Inc.; he holds degrees from Christ Church, Oxford and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Christopher Nelson serves as Chief Financial Officer of Fifth Era Acquisition Corp I (NASDAQ: FERA), a special purpose acquisition company that completed its initial public offering in March 2025 and raised approximately $230 million. FERA is pursuing a business combination with Miotal, a strategic metals platform focused on high-purity rare earths and critical materials, which is expected to create a publicly traded rare earths and critical minerals company upon closing.
