Mike Bolinder is a life sciences executive with over 20 years of experience in both large pharmaceutical and startup settings. He currently serves as SVP, External Engagement and Chief Innovation Officer at BioCrossroads, and his background includes capital raising, business development, and product launches across therapeutic areas such as anesthesiology, cardiology, neurology, and oncology supportive care. He has experience guiding an organization from a privately held R&D startup to a publicly traded commercial enterprise with multiple FDA-approved products.

Amanda Decker is Senior Director of Communications at BioCrossroads and a journalist and published author with 20 years of experience in broadcast and marketing roles. Her career has included work as an anchor, reporter, producer, executive producer, and news director, as well as positions in copywriting, public relations, and communications. She has received six Associated Press awards, four Society of Professional Journalists awards, and an Indiana Broadcasters Association award, with coverage spanning veterans' issues, natural disasters, and auto racing.

Melanie Vuynovich is Senior Director of Workforce Development, Life Sciences at BioCrossroads, where she is developing an employer-led career apprenticeship pathway for Indiana modeled on the Swiss vocational education and training (VET) system. Her background includes advisory and leadership roles with startups, nonprofits, small businesses, and larger companies across sectors such as higher education, edtech, information technology, childcare, consumer products, and cultural exchange programs.
