She has worked across both large pharmaceutical and startup environments in domestic and international markets, supporting therapeutic areas including anesthesiology, surgery, cardiology, psychiatry, neurology, pain management, oncology supportive care, and critical care.

Melanie Vuynovich is a fractional CFO at Kartel.ai, working with early-stage companies in sectors including apparel, personal care, AI SaaS, and online marketplaces on financial modeling, forecasting, accounting and treasury oversight, and capital raising. She previously served as an M&A Director at SG Cowen/Société Générale in Paris, where she supervised over $10 billion in transactions for clients such as Vivendi, Warner Bros., Telecom Italia, Pathé, and the French State. She earned her CPA while working at Price Waterhouse in New York and London.
