Andres Bauerle holds degrees in Industrial Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering in Energy and Environment from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. He currently leads business units at BICECORP, including BICE LifePlan and Amparo ID, with experience managing teams and projects in the financial services sector. His background encompasses project evaluation, financial modeling, board presentations, and commercial team leadership.

Jorge Jerez leads Beliv at Beliv by BICE and serves as Head of Digital Innovation at BICE Ventures. He has directed cross-functional teams across Latin America and the US in developing digital products, with professional experience spanning startups, corporate environments, and academic roles in innovation. He holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

Lucas Patano is Gerente de Innovación - Company Builder at Grupo BICE, where he leads a team of more than 30 people overseeing four active ventures within a corporate Company Builder model. He previously served as CPO of Global66, where he built the product area, launched a multicurrency wallet and instant international transfers, and was part of the team that closed a USD 12M Series A round, and earlier was part of the founding team of UalaBis at Ualá. He has over 15 years of experience in digital products in the LATAM financial industry and also works as a coach and mentor for founders and product leaders.

Nico Morales is a Corporate Development Manager at BICE with a commercial engineering degree from UAI and a master's degree in finance. He has worked as a financial analyst in corporate finance, project coordination and execution, valuation modeling, and capital markets investment, with experience in business strategy and commercial skills.

Sebastian Fuenzalida is Gerente BICE Connect at Banco BICE, with more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. His areas of work include Open Banking, Open Finance, API-based business models, cloud business architecture, cryptography, and security. He also develops software in Python, React Native, and SwiftUI.
