Heli Shah is an accountant with experience in the accounting industry, including work in Australian accounting and bookkeeping. Her skills include Xero, Tally ERP, income tax, auditing, and GST-related tasks such as BAS, payroll, and super reconciliations, as well as preparing final accounts, income tax returns, and ASIC solvency resolutions. She holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Gujarat University.

John Ephraim Torres is a Manager in Merck's Inhouse Consulting team, advising senior leadership on strategic and transformation initiatives across the organization. Marife Manaig is the Financial Controller for Australia and ASEAN at Arowana. Her background includes public accounting practice, tax preparation and consultancy, and audit work. She previously held roles at Procter & Gamble Asia Pte. Ltd. as an Accountant, General Ledger Team-leader, and Section Manager, with experience in account reconciliations, financial reporting, managing accounting teams, and leading global projects on accounting process improvements and software implementations.

Martin Bell is Co-Founder and CEO of EverSky AI Group, which acquires and develops SaaS companies. He previously served at Rocket Internet, where he contributed to the launch and scaling of numerous portfolio companies, including Zalando, Delivery Hero, and Lazada. Bell holds an MBA from Wharton and an MPA from Harvard, and he advises B2B SaaS businesses through Bell Ventures.

Verne Harnish is founder and CEO of Scaling Up, a global executive education and coaching company with more than 300 partners across six continents.
