Finance and operations leader with over 15 years of experience managing accounting and financial teams for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Most recently served as Director of Finance & Administration and CFO at The IJIS Institute.

Joe Korff is Co-Founder and CEO of Arc Ventures and the Arc Companies, a group operating across multiple asset classes and geographies. Trained as a tax lawyer, he has worked in business formation, deal structuring, turnarounds, and growth for several decades. He and his team have invested in funds and startups across the United States, Canada, Israel, and Europe, and he acts as both a tactical and strategic advisor to portfolio companies.

Maulik Mehta is a Principal at Arc Ventures, which he joined as a summer intern in 2019 before moving into a full-time role after graduation. His work covers both direct and fund investments, including sourcing deals, evaluating prospective investments, and supporting portfolio companies with follow-on funding. He previously was an Associate at Mumbai Angels Ventures and gained operational experience at Azuro, a property management startup, and holds a Masters in Finance from Fordham University.

Antoni Bandachowicz is an Associate at Arc Ventures with a background in physics. He conducted physics and engineering research in academia, working with Argonne National Laboratory, the James Franck Institute, and the Enrico Fermi Institute, and holds a bachelor's degree in physics and economics from the University of Chicago. Before Arc, he worked at the Jean Boulle Group, a venture capital office active in mining and medical industries, and in EY's S&T division covering the medical and SaaS sectors.

Lindsey Florek is an Associate at Arc Ventures with a background in biology. She holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from Columbia University (2024), where her doctoral research studied metabolism in Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms, and a Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology from Binghamton University (2018). During her PhD she volunteered with Nucleate, a student-led biotech accelerator.

Associate at Health Catalyst Capital who joined in 2025. Previously worked at Cain Brothers, a middle-market investment bank focused on healthcare M&A transactions and valuation advisory work.
