Bill Sanders is a Partner, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Risk Officer at 400 Capital Management LLC, where he serves on the Investment and Executive Committees and oversees investment policy, capital allocation, risk management, business development, and business operations. Over a career spanning more than 15 years, he has participated in the execution of tax-exempt and taxable bond transactions for municipalities, special districts, P3 entities, and K-12 and higher-education clients in the Midwest and along the East Coast.

Jacqueline Lenihan provides administrative support to several Partners and Deal Team Leaders at Saw Mill, handling scheduling, travel, and coordination of marketing events and Association for Corporate Growth activities. She also serves as back-up support for IT and building maintenance. She holds a BA in Elementary Education from Lynchburg College in Virginia.

Joined Blantyre in 2019 supporting legal and compliance and serves as U.S. Chief Compliance Officer, with over 20 years advising private fund managers. Previously Senior Editor of the Hedge Fund Law Report and General Counsel/CCO of 400 Capital Management.

Mark Spender is Chief Investment Officer at Bernhard Capital Partners, where he chairs the firm's Investment Committees and sits on its Executive Committee. He has over 25 years of experience investing in and advising middle-market companies in the infrastructure services sector, and previously worked as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse and earlier at UBS Investment Bank. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Dean Atkins is Managing Director and Head of 400CM Europe at 400 Capital Management LLC. He has 30 years of experience in trading and asset management across U.S. and European fixed income markets, spanning flow trading, proprietary trading, and portfolio management. His current work focuses on originating and managing European structured and securitised investments, with an emphasis on asset-backed private credit.
