YEARS is a preventive medicine and longevity clinic based in Berlin, near Kurfürstendamm, that delivers a comprehensive health assessment condensed into a single day. The offering combines imaging, laboratory diagnostics and functional testing: proprietary whole-body MRI, AI-assisted full-body skin screening and AI-assisted funduscopy; medical genetics covering 170+ genes, liquid biopsy for multi-cancer screening, microbiome analysis, epigenetic biological clocks and up to 230 blood biomarkers; pulmonary testing including VO2 max ergospirometry and body plethysmography; cardiovascular testing including heart and vascular ultrasound, 12-lead ECG, and arterial stiffness and ankle-brachial index measurement; plus abdominal, thyroid, lymph node and structural organ ultrasound. In total the clinic lists more than 30 examinations and 39 analyses, alongside bone density measurement and neurocognitive assessment.

The company frames its clinical focus around four categories of chronic disease that develop silently over years — cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, metabolic and cancer — citing WHO, Lancet Commission and Diabetes Prevention Program data on the preventable share of each. Results from the multiple modalities are consolidated into a single physician-reviewed health profile that reports an individual risk profile, organ health and findings, biological age and pace of ageing, a prioritised action plan with three priorities, referrals to specialists, and a monitoring roadmap.

The customer journey has three stages: the examinations, conducted in a private setting in Berlin in one day; a results consultation in which a YEARS physician reviews all findings and builds the personal action plan; and follow-up over the year through the YEARS app, a dedicated concierge and referrals to specialists, with up to three check-ins depending on the program.

One-off program fees per package: Core at EUR 1,900 (89 lab markers, 6 hours, no check-ins), Evolve at EUR 7,600 (120 lab markers, 9 hours, one check-in) and Ultimate at EUR 16,900 (230 lab markers, 9 hours, three check-ins). The company states that its diagnostics are generally reimbursable via German private health insurance (PKV), with up to 100% reimbursement possible.
