Wint provides an AI-powered water management and leak prevention platform for commercial buildings and construction sites. Control units installed on water lines read flows in real time, while signal processing and machine learning models learn a facility's normal usage patterns in order to identify anomalies. When an anomaly is detected, the system issues alerts and can remotely and automatically shut off water to limit damage.

The platform is designed to cover all of a site's water systems, including main feeds, cooling towers, HVAC systems and sub-floor heating, each of which is handled with system-specific analysis and control methods. Customers can start with a single system and add others over time. Alongside leak prevention, Wint supplies dashboards, insights and reporting on desktop and mobile that consolidate water data across systems and facilities, with the aim of identifying waste, optimizing consumption, reducing carbon emissions and supporting sustainability ratings and compliance with LEED and BREEAM.
